Just checked out of this Resort today. I had such a wonderful time. Very clean unit, pool right outside sliding door and seconds walk to the beach. Unit had a very beach feel to it. Resort staff was AMAZING! Several activities and dining close by. Will definitely plan future stays here!!!
I can’t recommend this hotel enough! We stayed in S301 on the top floor. Affordable getaway just steps away from the beach on a quiet street. We had assigned parking so we didn’t have to worry about fighting for a spot. The space was clean and cool, the AC worked well in the summer heat. The kitchen was fully equipped and there were grills by the pool. We had a great family vacation here in the middle of Tampa, Clearwater and St Pete.
We had a bit of a problem finding the Rental Office which is not on-site, but our room was very nice and came with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar sand beach was just delightful to be on. The kitchen did need a little more in cooking accoutremonts, but in the end it was efficient! There needed to be a mop and bucket in the apartment for cleaning up all the extra sand that you bring back from the beach with, but I improvised by using a bunch of papertowel and the broom bristles of the broom to mop up my mop water with to make the floors sand free during my stay! Overall a very nice place to rent for yourself to vacation in!!!
Stayed here for a few nights during Fourth of July weekend. The rooms are very clean, and the women at check in were also very nice and helpful. Beautiful view of the beach, close to Indian Shores Coffee, Salt Rock Grill and Mahuffers. Definitely would stay here again!
The customer service here is amazing. Christina Barnes went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my family. Anything we needed was just a "text" away! Everyone was always in a cheerful and helpful mood! The location was amazing as well!
Beware of room 101! Nothing like the pictures on website! We could not stay here! Old dingy dungeon. This might have been a carport made into living quarters. We had to clean outside on patio. Leaves dirt everywhere. Ceiling falling down. Very very small bathroom. Indoor chairs rusty.
The condo was perfect for two. Location couldn't be better. Also enjoyed the pool. Had a minor maintenance issue and Branden was there in less than an hour to resolve it. He was courteous and professional. Condo is on the beach and we could hear the surf all day. Very relaxing. The sunsets qere also amazing.
Maddie and Mariah were the initial staff I met upon arrival. they were very friendly and helpful with all of my needs. Our apartment was clean, big and had everything we needed. This hotel was within walking distance of many stores, restaurants and even a brewery. It was wonderful!!

Wow, that was awesome. Sweet potato fries were perfect. The hot lobster rolls was awesome. It's comical to read reviews on how the fresh lobster was expensive. It's because it's shipped fresh from Maine. This will be my monthly stop for sure.
They had their food truck at an event in St Petersburg. I got the plate with all the meats. Each was individually flavored differently, prepared in it's own way. I really enjoyed it.
