New Hartford Consumer Square - Shopping mall in New Hartford - 4765 Commercial Dr, USA

Great shopping center in New Hartford with some excellent stores. Love the Ulta, Best Buy, and Barnes & Noble. Always beautifully decorated also.

The traffic patterns can be hectic at all hours. Chain store businesses typify. Warm weather attracts panhandle at the main entrance. No evident security presence among many businesses. Not conducive to sitting to relax. Applebee's anchors main venue for dining; an adjacent entrance connects to Panera's and small eats such as Five Guys. Barnes and Noble is quiet, but isn't comfortable for browsing. Newly opened Sierra Trading Post shows promise. Overall, I feel hurried.

It's great to have a lot of store selections to choose from. But I would love to meet the brilliant people who designed the parking lot! Getting in and out is an utter joke! The Orchards, with way fewer stores, have 3 points of entrance and exit! The parkingsomeday! Consumer Square will make me go elsewhere somedays!

This Walmart was very clean and larger than any other I've ever seen. It's well maintained and decorative with mannequins and all. There's more of a selection in this store as well too.

This place is difficult to enter and leave. There is one entrance and exit. Unless you drive over to the entrance / exit near Panera. Seems unsafe. There are lots of aggressive drivers ignoring stop signs and traffic lights. It's mayhem. What's the rush? I avoid coming here because of it.

Great selection of stores. It would be alot nicer to have an actual mall like the Carousel Mall in Syracuse, NY, but for a shopping center it does the trick. Apple ees is a great place to sit for a bite, TJ Maxx & Burlington are fantastic stores for a nice outfit at a value packed price. Then of course there's Walmart for essentially "anything needed under the sun" as well as armed and no le for that perfect read. The only thing that's not up to par with expectations are the hours for most of the stores. 11pm is a great in the middle time but 8pm or 5pm on Sundays is not very consumer friendly.

Always come here from Carthage NY. Has so much more to offer than Watertown. Very busy place but worth the drive.

Great place to black Friday or Xmas shop; many corporate giants in a small area - tons of value to be had!! If you're looking to scatter your paycheck down the gullet of the capitalist Sarlacc pit, this be your locale!!
