New Happy Garden - Chinese restaurant in Keansburg - 265 Main St, USA

Negative comments here I don’t believe . Being a customer for 12 years the food is always excellent always hot on arrival. Owners super friendly and I had never complained about anything since everything is outstanding. I have tried others before Happy garden but I really got hook with them for every reason. Love them

First off the lady answering the phone is absolutely terrible that customer service is terrible I was being very nice she was screaming at me calling me names telling me she has people like that all the time. Very unprofessional and rude. Had to call back due to my order because it was not ordered right because nothing was explained to me. I ordered three combination platters and one dinner and received one egg roll band called back and was screamed at refuse to let me speak to a manager or a boss. The food is absolutely disgusting I asked for my food to be cooked a specific way and they couldn’t even do that. She also continued how it’s America and she don’t have to let me talk to a boss. There has been many many issues at this place as she said she gets many people like me and called me a Karen so I guess I’m not the only one complaining about their service. This is absolutely horrible I pay $80 for four combination platters with no egg rolls. And get charged for side rice that comes with my combination lol and give a good tip. That is outrageous I could have went to have a nice steak dinner. I will also show how my one dinner came it looks like someone touched my rice and moved my chicken but that could have been the driver with the way he was driving. Highly do not recommend.

Accepted my take-out order 10mins before closing, and I arrived 3mins before 10pm. Thank you!!! Was craving my a combo after working late. Food is amazing as always, their General TSO’s is closest to Wah Mei in Port Monmouth in whole area. Would Recommend!

First time customer, amazed at how good it was, and my experience with the lady was just fine.

The lady on the phone was absolutely the rudest person I ever dealt with. She hung up the phone on me.

Great pork fries rice and good spear ribs!! Dumplings!! I love it!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would it’s not even worth 1 star.. I ordered chicken fried rice & they sold me whatever this is that looks and feels like gum… I know for a fact it’s not chicken.. I’m never ordering from this place again. I called to complain told the owner that the “chicken” looks and felt like gum and asked what it was, the owner was very rude & unprofessional & had the audacity to tell me chicken looks like gum… now I see why they say watch where you order Chinese… don’t go to this place I’m not sure exactly what it is that they are cooking in there but it’s definitely not chicken I hope it’s not a cat or rodent, I’m glad I didn’t eat it. If I had the option to attach photos to this review I would have, however Golden Wok in Keansburg is great.

Very clean , its a take out place so atmosphere don't count!!!! Food is Good. Service is always consistent Right price!!!!
