Bed bugs out of control lady in the office is really rude and the rooms are not worth 75$ water brown and drain slow

This place is good for a one night stayed. It’s very simple but at least it has hot water for shower and the bed is comfortable. We used Priceline to book but was told the hotel don’t allow a third party to charge because of issues in the past. So No need to book through a third party. We stayed for 1 night and got up early to get back on the road.

I had a great stay at this place! I had payment trouble and the owner was helpful and patient while we figured it out. Then when we get to our room we were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. Also the price was great! I would stay here again for sure!

Not really 5 stars but it's a great value for the price. All I really care about is the shower and the bed, and the shower and the bed here are just dandy. For the price I expected a lot less, so I'm very pleased to see a large TV, a microwave that works well, and a refrigerator that's large enough for some 2L bottles. Not to mention the couch. And an office chair. I mean, this is a lot for the price. And at least in my room nothing is particularly wrong. I mean it's not the Ritz but there aren't any smells or stains. Which is frankly, all I ask for in this type of place. I saw that the place is heavily CCTVd and parking area is very well lit, so I feel better about my car. If I ever drive through Memphis again, I'm definitely staying here

Whoever said the rooms are old must have stayed here on other management or in smoking (and should stop smoking). Room I stayed in was beautiful, with modern decor, lovely color coordination, and smelled nicer than any motel I have been in for a while (and I stayed in three motels last week alone). Really one of the cutest little places I have stayed. There was a little snafu when we arrived. Hotels dot com mobile site does not clearly display the pet fee, but the pet fee is very clear on the desktop site. It is $15. But the lady at the desk tried to charge $20. I was confused by this and pretty bummed because I registered at a much cheaper price. I showed the OTHER lady my ESA letter (letter from a doctor about my animal as medically necessary) and she refunded the pet fee. So I was kind of turned off by the first lady trying to charge $20 for a $15 advertised price that Hotels dot com doesn't clearly show--but I was tired tired I booked, she was tired when she served me (it was 2 am), and to tell you the truth the room was SO NICE it would have been worth $80 despite the confusion. It really would have been, and that is saying something from me because I get really focused on customer service. And the second lady was really really to the point and honest and stood her ground to explain things to me while being polite and courteous with the refund. I respect that. So I am leaving this review for her. You gotta support cute little places like this or the bigger chains will take over and quality will drop, I tell you. And it was so clean! And the beds were very comfortable. I have insomnia but I slept like a baby. I literally even had a dream about staying an extra night (I was tired and I have weird dreams). The next day the first lady was very friendly and sweet, and I learned she runs the whole place with her husband. That sounds so difficult and I have so much respect for small business owners especially older couples like this who need support. Definitely consider staying here.

It was a late-night check-in. The check in was quick. The room was perfect for sleeping and had hot water and good water pressure. Everything worked in the room. The rooms could use a little more love. But it did what 8 needed it to do. A place to sleep refresh and get back on the road without worry. Win WIn I would stay here again.

so we had to get a pet friendly hotel for our German Shepherd on this trip. When we got there for some reason my credit card wouldn't work. We happen to have almost enough money in cash and another card combined for one night stay. The man that works the counter was friendly, talkative, easy to understandand made a deal to let us stay for whatever money we had. the room was really good! it was like a lil studio apartment/house and clean! We will be back if and when we are in the area again!

It's what you would expect for the price. My room (108) had a king bed, mini fridge, microwave, 2 aid conditioners, table with 2 chairs, pull out sofa bed, and a desk with chair. The only complaints I had were: The fridge wasn't real cold. The bed was really high. First impression, the room smelled had but it seems like the ac had been off. I attributed it to being locked up and no circulation.
