The food was very good. The sushi tasted so fresh. The ambiance is decent. We made a reservation but it was not needed. There was no line. We went on a Monday. We read about servers being very kind and courteous. Although we didn’t get that kind of treatment until half the time we were there. There were not many servers present too. We might not be dining there again but will get some food for takeout.

Thank you New Ginza for preparing the best birthday sushi boat ever! It was beautiful and delicious, and I was happy to share this with my friends!

We love this place, food is always delicious and the service is terrific! Our 18-month toddler loves the noodles and chicken, and sushi is always fresh and tasty! Highly recommend.

I usually post my first impression. It seems fair. One chance to impress me. Will I come back? Or will I feel robbed? I waited until the fifth time I returned here to write this. Just to see if they would break the streak of pure excellence! Which they did not. I ordered sushi to go here first. The largest boat they had. We were hungry. And I was impressed with the quality, and value for money I walked away with. Then I came back to just eat and drink at the bar. I was pleased with the drink selection and the teriyaki. Took out sushi again. Just as pleased. Came and ate the dragon Maki. It was superb. Shocking in its flavor and texture. Just... the fish mixed with the mushrooms. Pure umami explosion. Then the next time I ordered the sukiyaki. The thing in the picture. I don't know if I'm genetically predisposed to love this or something, but the first time I ordered this, two different servers came to check on me because I was crying. It was that good. I was literally in tears. I can't think of a better compliment. I've brought back friends, and have visited 3 more times just to eat it alone. Also, the place is decorated by someone with genuine taste. Dark stone and leather, bright wood, and zen paper craft motifs. This place is a gem, and if you haven't eaten here, you are robbing yourself of life changing satisfaction.

While the food is delicious the workers were very deceptive about menu prices. All soda has NO free refills and they offer you more drinks without disclosing that there are no free refills. My friend and I had two sodas and three refills each we paid over $20 because of this. In terms of the food what we ordered was good. My friend liked their sushi and I enjoyed the hibachi. The atmosphere of the restaurant is alright. It is a small space and seating can feel cramped but there are nice decorations that complement the dining area. Due to deceptive business practices, I don’t feel comfortable going back and dining at New Ginza. Our night was soured because of what happened and my party was angry. There are plenty of other places that treat the customers better than this establishment. If the restaurant sees this I encourage you to do better.

I went here for my birthday with friends, and made a reservation however it wasn't really needed as the place at the time wasn't so busy. The place is beautiful and its relatively quiet! As the food, oh my goodness, the food is so great! I just didn't know the portions would be so huge for me and my friends, and regrettably had some leftovers behind. I really recommend the chirashi bowl if you love to eat some raw fish with rice along with other assortments. My friends also loved the food here. The service was also good, as the waiter was patient with us. Would come again.

A friend recommended this place, assuring me I wouldn't regret it, so I decided to check it out on New Year's. The fish is really fresh and the servers are very attentive and added to the positive experience. After our meal, they surprised us with free desserts, and when we expressed our appreciation, they even brought us an extra free plate! Definitely considering a return visit!

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our trip up the coast. Unfortunately we came in during rush hour but found the hotel easy enough. The ladies at the front desk weren't the most approachable or helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.
