New China - Chinese restaurant in Russellville - 2005 N Arkansas Ave suite 3 & 4, USA

To me it's okay. But my wife absolutely loves it. It's one of her most favorite places to eat. They have a bit of everything here. Chicken, rice, noodles, desserts, potatoes…lots of stuff to choose from, but no type of shrimp today whatsoever. I do like the soft serve ice cream for dessert…vanilla, mixed, or chocolate. Overall experience was average because the available meat dishes were tough, old, and heat lamp warmed.

The New China has been around for quite a while and has always had pretty good buffet. Everything today was hot and fresh they still need help with their sushi. The service was good and they have made a good attempt at Covid protection. Good place

This place was one of the best in Arkansas but the prices have crept up while the quality and diversity of offerings have gone down… will soon be a 3/5 if it keeps sliding.

The food wasn't great. ALOT of it was dry and should have been fresher. The buffet isn't that big for how much you pay.

About 50 different dishes plus sushi, dessert and ice cream.

There is a LOT of selection.... but once your plate is full, it's... meh. Not bad! But definitely have had better. Almost feel like less selection with higher quality taste would be better. Used to LOVE New China, but it's not what it used to be. Hang said that, they've cleaned up the joint. It's cleaner and bathrooms that used to be... yuck, are much better. But, at what cost? 🤔

this is the most rude and worst customer service ever food is decent I give that. but the professionalism is off the wall. make sure you keep check on your tab as they screwed me and my family over 4-27-23 charged us for dinner when clearly it was lunch. we got a full refund. but still. I definitely do not recommend going here. of course we were all banned for one of our parties calling one of the staff a dirty word. so everyone got punished. they all are rude , disrespectful when there is an issue. I definitely would not rate them a star period!! oh and they threaten you with calling other places. to try to get you banned from there also.

We got to this restaurant about 3:25 on a Wednesday afternoon. All the food I selected were super cold when I got to the table to eat. Then there was all kind of oil in my plate from items I selected left pools of oil. Service was mediocre.
