New Budget Motel - Motel in Chicago - 8903 S Ashland Ave, USA

This is one of the worst hood motel there is yet in this neighborhood . Everything about it spells bad from services to rooms. Location not bad considering its in the hood but you do have a nice selection of gas stations , restaurants, dollar stores, . E.c.t iI do not recommend this place to anyone. Now if you just want a quickey then this is the right place for you to make that happen.

Terrible has bed bugs , they will not refund your money the sheets and blankets were filthy as they looked like they had never been washed it's sad it's been closed a long time and the rooms are this filthy. Advice to management if you have bed bugs you need to address that issue before renting out rooms. Yes I was in the room 10 hours but did not get bit my a bed bug until that night and I told the receptionest I could show him the evidence all he said he could do is change my room go to this hotel if u want and u will see how nasty it is they literally don't even clean the rooms

Not worth 50 dollars towels was dingy, the room I was in had a hole in the wall that was a little sketchy. Doors are kind scary no locks

Rooms are horrible, smells like cigarettes, no Wi-Fi, barely have any channels to watch on tv. And they keep your id until checkout. Would not recommend ever

I rank my visit poor because the rooms were very dirty, the employees were rude, you were supposed to be provided with a microwave but I was not given one. The rooms need renovation, there is writing on the walls and the carpet is dirty. There is also mold and the walls look wretched. Lastly they pay people of the streets to clean the rooms for $5 an hour. Would not recommend also the prices are very unnecessarily high.

This is by far the grossest motel mi ever been to... Mold & mildew on the ceilings, old used condoms in crevices & corners, damaged/broken furniture fixtures, DIRTY TOWELS... The only thing cool bout the joint is it smell like weed & dey haf flat screen TVs... AVOID IF POSSIBLE!

Stayed in one of the ground unit in corner bad. mirror broken tv did not work bathroom nasty looking and needs remodeling door does not lock good. You can get ripped off.

Its ok not the best ive been to but not the worst i come because its good enough to get some rest at when needed
