I found the perfect shoes for my kiddo at the New Balance outlet in the Birch Run mall. Not very many shoe stores carry wide or extra wide sizes for kids, but this place does! They have a decent selection of shoes for all ages as well as clearance. Workers were very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. Recommend.

Disappointed they only get certain shoes in stock. Nice that they can now order shoes for shipment to your home.

Prices are almost always cheaper online. Sometimes by nearly half. Staff is good though.

I picked up two pairs of shoes at 40% off. A very busy place. Staff was very helpful. If you need help you can't be bashful you may need to grab someone when they finish up with another customer. With such great deals there isn't a lack for customers needing assistance. They were well staffed, just extremely busy and hustling to keep up.

The young lady with the long fingernails looked at me like I was crazy and did not say hello or even ask if I needed any assistance. The guy did acknowledge my boyfriend, he was the only person who spoke to customers. The staff could be a little more friendly.
