This has to be one of the absolute worst companies I have had the displeasure of contacting. First off, when you call them, the first guy usually has no clue what is going on. Eventually, he transfers you to the owner. The owner is unfortunately both rude and insulting. Even though the company is supposedly a licensed reseller and repair center for technology product companies, they basically will not do anything other than simple warranty repairs. Which is fine, I have no problem with that business practice, but don't call yourself a local licensed repair center if you don't plan on repairing the products. On top of that, to have a very rude and obnoxious attitude is extremely unprofessional. Highly recommend *against* using this company, and honestly I hope any technology company who has given these guys a local license for their products rethinks their approach with this company, because it reflects poorly on them as well.
