I can't emphasize enough how TERRIBLE this testing center treats test takers - that is if you're lucky enough to get inside the locked building. I won't even waste my time to share my own experience, but I do want to share how this test center treated their many (paying) TOEFL test takers/customers. 1) I watched the test takers wait outside the locked building for over 30mins (from 7:30-8am) wondering why they were so early. (My test was scheduled at 9.) 2) When they finally got into the building, they were yelled at for doing anything incorrectly (blinking at the camera, etc.) 3) They were crammed into a room that had no air conditioning. The walls were lined with computers so the students had barely enough space to move. 4) The TOEFL exam was scheduled to begin at 8. They were still registering at 9! 5) I can understand if the center was having technical difficulties but instead of explaining and apologizing, the test takers were treated like cattle. 6) Not a single test taker complained yet the people working there were RUDE. Who says to their paying customer to "Stop chatting! This is not a chat room!" while they were standing around in the waiting area? I had the unfortunately opportunity to talk to all three people working there. They were all RUDE and refused to answer any of my questions (for example: Where am I supposed to go? When can I begin registration?) WORST TESTING EXPERIENCE EVER! If you do go, be prepared to begin test taking at least an hour later than scheduled and to be treated like ****.

I have taken 9 tests at this center so far over the last 3 years. The center is very much no frills and packed into a small corner office. They have lockers as soon as you enter to store belongings. The front desk person (I've only ever seen the same guy over the years) seems disinterested, but is nonetheless polite and helpful. The testing room is small and chilly, which is more or less like every other test center I've been to. All materials provided were usable, but all had seen better days. All of this is to say that this center is pretty average. I have taken nearly 80 proctored tests over the last 20 years using around 10 different test centers around the country, and everything here is average for the industry. The one major benefit this place has is its right outside of the Davis Sq T. This testing center is by far the most convenient in the Boston and Camberville areas. That convenience is why I'm giving 4 stars rather than 3.

The person working fell asleep. Markers were dry. Erase able boards are super dirty. The only parking is behind the building but you can only park for 3 hrs. Which is super inconvenient while taking a 4 hr MTEL. Was super lucky not to walk out and find a ticket on my car. Chairs are super uncomfortable and cannot be adjusted. Would not recommend this location. Wish the MTEL website had reviews on locations.

The front desk would do anything to get me out the door instead of answer my questions. I feared for my belongings at this place. New horizons is the closest in Waltham, go there instead it is a much nicer place with much nicer people. The scheduling is the only reason to ever go here, its pretty open compared to new horizons.

I took my CCENT certification test here. The first computer they put me on wouldn't run the test. Ended up waiting for 10 minutes for another computer. No frills testing environment in poorly lit corner office. Met my needs for a testing environment but didn't feel welcome.

Without this school I wouldn't be where I am today. I received all my certs there in 2005 Teacher Axell was awesome. I would recommend this school to anyone. I know was years ago but still they helped a lot.

The worse testing center ever. Very rude front desk. Waited 50 minutes to enter the exam. Don't go there.
