Our company has built a great relationship with Network Tactics. Roddy initially helped us set up our cloud infrastructure on Dropbox, backing up our company hard drive for easy access from anywhere. Perfectly scalable for our team of 15+ contractors and employees. His expertise made the process seamless, and he is always willing to jump on a screen share call for any troubleshooting issues. We have been using Network Tactics since we were referred to Roddy over a year ago. We never were contracted with an IT company before, and now I truly don't know how we did it for so long! I wish we had found out about Network Tactics years ago! Roddy has been so extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive to every inquiry I have made. We have only been working with him for a year, but I feel like we have known him forever! I didn't realize how bad our old set up was until Roddy came in and perfected everything for us! We have used "Network Tactics" and Roddy Orgeron since we moved to Covington, LA in July 2020. He has always been professional and courteous in addition to really knowing what to do about our computer and network issues. He deployed our Home-Office LAN with Fiber internet, a wire cabinet, mesh wifi and other goodies. He also deployed a new workstation to the LAN when an antique finally gave up.
