Great company, Brandon is very reliable and friendly. They have an easy to use ticketing system, provide regular back ups, and VoIP services are a good option to consider with them too. Network Heroes is a good MSP option if you don't have your own IT staff, or if you have someone at your company wearing too many hats. They can take a lot off your plate and find ways to make your tech and systems work better for you.
