My laptop was stolen while I was out of town. I was in sheer panic for what information could be pulled from that equipment. Thanks to NetEffect helping us install second and third-factor levels of security, I needn't be. Thank you, Koal, for that reminder - and help with changing my passwords. Much appreciated! This support ticket was my first experience working with Blayne. He was quick to respond and the issue was resolved within minutes. But I wouldn’t expect any less, I have consistently received the same level of service from all the Net Effect techs for the past 2 years- Exceptional.

Using the "Please block this sender" is a great service! I get a few hundred emails a day and being able to permanently block unwanted urls is extremely helpful! Our new Phoenix office is being set up for remote work. Hans stepped in before my ticket even got recorded. He sent pictures of how to solve my problem and I had an immediate "AHA!" Delightful! Bobby is always on top of things, often solving problems before we even know they exist! Conrad not only solved the problem I was having, he also solved several other things during our call. Excellent and exceeded expectations! Migrating to the new cloud based system proved to be seamless, thanks to the Net Effect team. The whole process was accomplished over one weekend, and by the time everyone came in, the team didn't even realize anything had happened. Going from on-premise to the cloud was an excellent move for our company.

Jared was able to correct a weird thing that happened to my computer. My contact information on my website was X'd out and could not be read. He was able determined what needed to be updated and corrected the issue.
