Netchex - Payroll service in Covington - 1155 Hwy 190 East Service Rd UNIT 2, USA

My previous company used this software and split from them and now I have no access to my paystubs, STILL have not been sent my W2 for this year, cannot get a hold of a SINGLE PERSON AT ANY PHONE NUMBER INCLUDING THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT. The support line is completely automated and unless you have a company code, it will end the call on you, of which only the head of HR has a code and it no longer works. Good luck to anyone using this software and I recommend printing everything since now I have to get an attorney to go after these people.

The company I worked for hired Netchex for full service HR/payroll provider. The people I had come into contact with (always via email or phone) were extremely polite, willing to help or find an answer, and got back to me in a timely manner-normally within 1 business day. I was incredibly happy with HR manager Nicole’s support and very much enjoyed talking with her. She had validated my concerns, which hadn’t been done by anyone at my company. Sometimes that’s all that is needed & I was able to change paths on good terms with no resentment towards the company when I eventually left. The app was a great feature, I could update my information, punch in/out, request paid time off, access previous paystubs, get insurance information, get policy guides from my employer, all in one place. It was really great from an employee standpoint and eliminated a lot of “searching” on my part. They were always willing to do Zoom staff meetings to show how Netchex worked and introduce us to their staff people in different departments. They were really courteous, helpful, and accommodating in every interaction I had with them.

Netchex made our transition from our old timekeeping tools very easy and smooth. Our staff is thrilled with the ease of use and the accuracy of reporting. We have a complicated tracking need due to receiving grant funding and they were able to customize the system to meet our needs.

Netchex is a great payroll system. They help convert many of our locations. All the reps are knowledgeable and helpful. They structure the grid based on your business needs. Very user friendly for both the admins and the employees.

Absolute worst experience ever. We are a small company with 10-15 employess and I have spent hours with issue after issue. Currently we've disocrered we have a 401K plan document update they did not get in their system correctly and it's cost us $1,000's of dollars to try to fix the mistake.

I have not had a bad experience with any staff member at Netchex. I find all staff that I have been in contact with to be professional, courteous, pleasant and very helpful. I prefer to talk with a live agent rather than a chat. To me it is more personable and you're able to address the reason you contacted them with an agent that is polite and understands your needs.

Have used Netchex over 2 years and love it. The payroll function is second to none. The employees are extremely helpful. I highly recommend using Netchex for your company needs.
