OK so if you want EXCELLENT customer service you need to take your electronics to these guys. So refreshing to do business with people that know how to treat the public. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty. He spent two hours getting the broken end of my charger out of my iPad. He even bloodied his hand doing it. Thank you Nerdy Neighbors!

These guys are FANTASTIC!!! They were extremely helpful when I wasn't sure which Smart watch to purchase even though they knew I was not going to purchase from them. Once I received the watch they paired it and set up all the apps I needed which, I NEVER could have done myself as it was super complicated. (I know get an Iphone!!) They will definitely be my go to for any future needs for all my phones, computers, etc.
