Have worked with Nerds 2 Go for about five years. They are awesome. Great people, very honest, knowledgeable and insightful. Austin and Devon led the charge in building us a PC which we call "The Ferrari". Amazing product. But I have also called them over the years to solve PC challenges and they've always stepped up, solved the problem and shared lots of helpful knowledge too. Woody Huffines the owner is a great guy too, even sent us a handwritten thank you note after we bought the Ferrari. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you gentlemen for all the help over the years!

When my 10 year old computer died, I went to Nerds-to-Go because for Austin and Devon this isn't just a job, it's their profession, their own business. They have been very patient with this old non-technical guy as they loaded files from my old computer to the new computer and working with me trying to acquainted to a new way of using a PC with new utilities and updating old utilities. I would recommend them.

I brought in a gaming pc with an SSD failure to attempt data recovery. These gentlemen were very knowledgeable technicians. They were able to break down explanations about the hardware Barney-style to me so I could have a better understanding of the situation. They helped me achieve the best end result that was available, and got my PC running better than how I brought it in.

You can stop looking for a place to repair your computer problems! We have now used Nerds2Go 3x - first for a repair, then a data recovery when another laptop "crashed and burned" and setting up the new laptop and then replacing another laptop - data migration, setup, memory upgrades on the new machine. I have to say that these guys are excellent. When it was time to replace and upgrade our laptops they answered so many questions and helped us zero in on what we needed to buy (not from them) that it made me confident that I knew what I was buying. They helped recover a crashed hard drive and saved important info for us and then also migrated all our needed data to our new machines, saving valuable memories for us.

Austin is absolutely the best! Customer service could not be better! They have an amazing ability for us non-“nerds” to understand what was wrong and what they did! Will definitely go back! I can not say enough about this place!!
