Pleasant owner. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Brought my laptop in with power issues. Thought I lost everything. Budd took some time to explain possible problems. Wound up being just the power charger. Easy and cheap fix. I had my own universal power charger. Only cost to me was his Diagnostic fee. Good to know someone can be trusted to offer you the cheapest and easiest option. I highly recommend Budd Gay and "Nerds to Go"!

I highly recommend Nerds to Go! Bud was very knowledgeable and patient. I thought I was going to drop off my computer, but since it was relatively new, he said he could help clean it up while I was there. He did many tasks I would not have known how to do, and I appreciated the time he spent with me.

I called Nerds To Go and left a message. It was returned in record time. I explained to Bud what my issue was. He asked if I would like for him to pick up the computer. I thankfully agreed. Bud came, disconnected everything and took it back to the shop for inspection. He called the next day to explain the power board was the problem. He had one in stock, replaced it and brought my computer back later that afternoon hooking everything back up for me. Bud was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and efficient. I felt the price was fair and I would definitely recommend Nerds To Go for any computer issues. I will definitely be calling Bud if I have any additional problems. Extremely satisfied.

Scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am. Cancelled at 10:15 am for not showing. No text or call to say running late or let's re-schedule. Unacceptable. Would not recommend.
