Nerds on Call has been my savior for the past 3+ years-very professional, immediately available when needed. It's great to have a reliable IT company. Highly recommend them.

One sluggish computer led me to call my friends at Nerds on Call, not only did they clean up the gremlins -- nearly 400 bits of malware -- Autumn also advised me on additional services and programs that will help protect my computer in the future. I'm glad to know about the software products and costs and time needed for installation so I can budget for the additional protection in the future. Thanks Autumn, thanks Nerds on Call.
Nerds On Call support is excellent at what they do, they always have the right solution for our business and fix our issues in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs customer service, they are truly 'On Call' as their name suggests.
My Macbook was ill. Nerds technician did quick and efficient diagnosis, fixed the problem with the fan and advised me to purchase a new battery charger after testing the one I had. I did this and all is well again. Thank you for providing this service so I didn't have to travel out of town!
My macbook pro ceased to charge. Using my rather high observation skills I came to the conclusion that something must be wrong. I took the laptop to Nerds on Call in Yuba City, where I spoke to Blake; who was extremely friendly and helpful. They took a look at my computer, and delivered the bad news, time to get a new one. So, once my new computer arrived they took it and transferred the data at no extra charge. Blake offered wonderful customer service, he was friendly and seemed like a great guy. Good luck WWOOFing, Blake. See ya' on the road.
Nerds on Call successfully transferred my Family Tree data from flashdrive to my computer. Very important data that I didn't want to lose!
Also cleaned my hard drive up. Good job!
This guy is awesome! I came in with program issues on my laptop, he is super fast and fixed all of the problems I was having in minutes. I highly recommend them and will come back with all my computer needs. Thank you
These guys are good; they may even be great, but as the saying goes, 'You've got to be a brain surgeon to pick a good brain surgeon.' In short, I'm no IT expert; I'm also not terribly literate. Having said that, I've consulted to, and designed CRM systems for many large corporations including News Ltd and did the initial market research for Microsoft to launch Windows NT and Windows Advanced Server in Australia in the 1990's; so I've had considerable experience observing many IT systems applications vendors and integrators in action, as well as had to manage our own network of servers with up to 50 users.
They fixed a ransomware attack fast and recognised a hardware problem in 5 minutes others had not recognised in a whole lot more time. So for this area, they are excellent; and good value. If you maximise the productivity of IT in your business, you suffer substantial loss the moment your systems are down - these guys charges are insignificant compared to those losses.
