E.E.

We had the chicken and the goat jhol Momo ( which comes in a soup base). They use halal meat. The soup was the same across the two jhol bowls, in the chicken you could not really taste the chicken but the goat had a very distinctive taste along with the soup. Atmosphere was pretty nice and while the service was slow it was because the food was made per order.

I could get the real desi cartlike food taste after a long time. The food came in good portion, just the right taste and very reasonably priced. We ordered the bread, mixed spaghetti, jhol momo and fried momo. We found them really good! Would definitely go for another time.

I got some steamed veg momos for breakfast! This was one of the place that was open early and serving veg option! The momos were really soft, and the sauce was quite good as well! Definitely be back here if I’m in the area! The momos are reasonably priced and quantity was above par as well!

I came here with family after hearing good things and because everything is halal. We tried a variety of things but the best thing, by far, are the momos. We ordered a bunch of chicken, beef, and shrimp ones in different styles and they were all great - fresh and steaming hot. The other stuff like the thalis weren’t worth getting in my opinion. The servers work hard but it can get a little chaotic as it gets busy. If you’re coming here, I recommend sticking to the momos and possibly some sides dishes.

Went there on a busy Friday night the ambiance gives old Indian restaurant vibes, which is kinda cool imo, I didn’t like the jhol(curry) with the momos although momos were delicious. Lassi was quite good too. The service was good.

This is authentic Nepali food in Queens...which felt like Nepal. That means friendly, funky and slow. The staff treated us to a delicious sel roti, a fried rice ring with mouth warming garlic chutney Our chicken momo's were simple and tasty...mine had flavorful broth added. Generous helpings. The Masala tea was lovely. Very affordable.

Me and my friends went there to have a Nepali thali and the service was worst . It seems like not a restaurant more like a local Nepali khaga ghar and the waiter was so rude and unprofessional. We asked waiter to add some side dishes for thali but they bring at once . We had to ask them 3 times and at the end they bring something. The taste of the food was also bad and at the end we realized that we just wasted our money . At the same price we should have went somewhere nice 😊 . Just be careful while going there . And the water at the jug / mug on the table was smelling so bad . I don’t recommend someone who wants to eat something there because the environment was not clean and you goona feel awkward while dine in there . Thanks 🙏

Raw food. Told server that its uncooked. She replied “that’s how it is”. We told her to show it to the chef because she was claiming it false. Turns out chef agrees with us and later she took it and chef recooked it. Its was a grilled meat. They fried it when recooking. Very DISAPPOINTED! Jhol momo had no flavor and was bland. Also, their chai tea was super bland. No tea leaves and not the right ratio for the milk. Super watery. I’m sorry but we are never coming back Service was not great as well. For service 3/5 For food 0/5

The workers are extremely nice people…the food is tasty and flavorful. This was my second time eating here but my first time going in person and just meeting the people who work inside makes you want to go back… Check them out !
