Store manager Kim at Ace Hardware in Eagle River truly lived up to the essence of being a local community store that takes care of its local customers. She has secured me as a loyal customer by her actions and attitude. The store is fortunate to have her in that role!

This is the BEST store I've ever been to. I'm not kidding. The employees are incredible. They greet you when you walk in. The variety of items is amazing. I went there with my sister and I couldn't get her out. This is what customer service should emulate for all stores. Thank you Nelson's, I would give you 10 stars if I could.

All the staff were very inviting when he walked in and greeted you with smiles. Selections of items I was looking for was fair in this safter also helpful. Also being you rewards member. Made it very nice with the discounts at the checkout.

Always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, they ALWAYS have fresh popcorn. It’s a hit for this old guy & my grandkids love it too

This was the first time shopping at your store. Just looking around I a found a kitchen sink item. But only one was in stock. Asked one of your assoiciates (Didn't get her name) if more was in stock. Inventory showed 2. I did some more shopping and was about to leave, when she found me with the other item. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. That really made my day. Great store and Great employees!
