Do not order from this place !!!! customer service is horrible… We paid $20 for a pork dinner and it didn’t even come with rice and beans !!! I am so disappointed, the last time we ordered it came with rice and beans .::this time your telling me when it says choose a side for a $20 dinner and you pick tostones that is suppose to be instead of rice and beans ?? Total rip off and very upset. Will not order again. Do not recommend.

Nelly Latin Restaurant (formally named Cilantro) Amazing Latin (Puerto Rican / Dominican) food! Some of the best mofongo and pernil ever tasted outside of the islands. Pasteles are on point! Food is consistently flavorful and fresh and not too salty. The service could not be more perfect: always on time, with great quality food served by the kindest owners 😊 prices are super affordable (The combo specials are the best - 2 or 3 eat for $20) with very generous portions

Moving to New Windsor and found this gem of a place. The Montaditos and Pastelillos were on point! The Rabo was tender and super tasty, just needed to be served hotter. The Mofongo was really good as well, nice flavor. The Churrasco was super tender and the sauce was yummy! Happy to have this within driving distance from home.
My husband and I visit this restaurant several times a week & we have never been disappointed. Very clean, happy atmosphere, very tasty food & very friendly & attentive staff. Would definitely recommend.
Food taste is good but is over seasoned; too salty! The seasoning upsets people with any digestive problems. The white rice was too mooshy! The yellow rice was a Lil better but also could've been a Lil drier.
The food Is awesome! And there is this one particular waitress I cant remember her name! But she said something like " I'll be your stalker tonight " I found that hilarious lol. If you're looking for authentic PR food this is the place.
