Picked up from this place a few times while doing Uber Eats and finally decided to come back and try it. I am so glad it did. It was absolutely delicious. I would 100000/10 recommend. It was fresh and flavorful and the perfect cold temperature. I wish they had more locations closer to me because I would go here every single day.
Stopped by for a healthy bowl while visiting Houston. It was late, so there wasn't anyone else there. Ordered the Peanut Butter Bowl and it was freshly made within 5 minutes. The Acai base was a nice mix of various fruits, peanut butter, and cashew milk. It was topped with fresh cuts of bananas, strawberries, green apples, and granola. Bowl was put together nicely and looked just like the picture. The base had a nice blended consistency. Good place to come for healthy bowl or smoothie.
Excellent customer service, beautiful shop. However, the açaí bowl was very mediocre, which is unexpected, because this is a national franchise brand. I was deeply disappointed. The açaí was very runny even though I saw them make the açai with frozen ingredients. The açai flavor was nothing compared to Earthcraft or any other places I’ve been to. I would not recommend it.
So I frequent this place, yes the products are scrumptious and taste fresh every single time ... But primarily because of the customer service. I don't think I've ever walked in and haven't been greeted with a smile but the interactions are the best part. Amanda is amazing (I remember her name because she helps me most often and she's got exceptional customer service skills) but her consistency in making my favorite drink and giving me a pleasant experience makes all the difference! Signs of a great work environment I assume, but thanks Amanda as well as the rest of the Nektar team. You guys are great!
I have been coming the W. Gray location for a few months consistently. The variety of juices and bowls are awesome. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The manager Val has been exceptional.
Had to give a shoutout to Val and Bri. Came in a couple days ago with a few friends after a long workout and they made us the best protein bowls. Didn’t expect to go in and actually have good conversation and laughs. We’ll be back soon!
This is the only location I come to where I can order one thing and get an entirely different thing. The only difference I wanted between my 2 bowls was I asked for chia seeds on ONE of them, got none. How does one have coconut but not the other? (I scraped some from the other bowl because there was ALOT). And why do they have different color and texture? Please do better, y’all are never busy when I come. 🤦🏾♀️
