My first buy was from this manufacturer, and it was Acorn Masterkey 61. It is the perfect composer's and producer's companion, with 4 knobs for sound manipulation, one volume fader and with a lot of digital functions, which I use sometimes. Well built, steady, doesn't require external adapter, which is great, and if you look closely from the downside, you can see it has an ability to be used as a keytar. Also, I recently replaced my profile image on all of my social media accounts with it, and it's the perfect fit. Highly recommended.

Like the other reviewer said, these guys are awesome! I bought a Panorama T6 keyboard in Europe, which I decided on after researching and trying other brands who offered something similar (Maudio, Akai) but they weren't quite what I needed. The T6 had it all, plus a nice feel for the keys. I had the keyboard for about 8 months and now that I'm back in the states I noticed a stuck key. I contacted customer service and without delay they worked between their Europe and US departments and sent me a replacement keyboard. Fantastic customer service. They've bought my loyalty to their brand. Thank you!

Here is a graphic example of precisely why people need to read and contemplate Google reviews of companies and their products before they make a selection. It's also why consumers like myself consider it our responsibility to inform other consumers regarding our experience in order that you spend your money wisely and to avoid the problem I encountered. I very recently purchased a Nektar Technologies, Inc. P1 surface controller from Sweetwater Sound, being advertised as having automatic compatibility with Apple Logic Pro. Once the controller arrived, I found that the automatic compatibility was absent and that the controller failed to have continuity with Logic Pro. I began a roundhouse of tech support contact to Sweetwater Sound, Nektar Technologies and Apple. In every case, the fault for the problem was passed along to the next company in line that had a hand in the matter. Sweetwater stated that the controller itself functioned, albeit without proper continuity with Logic Pro, despite the fact that they advertise the unit that way. Apple products support claimed that Nektar Technologies is not listed among those which have auto-compatibility with Logic Pro, which examination of the list confirmed. Nektar Technologies simply forwarded a response that stated an apology, together with the message that I, as the consumer, would unfortunately be responsible for manual download and configuration of their product because "Apple" broke continuity with Nektar regarding their latest Logic Pro update. I wrote a Google review of Sweetwater Sound, subsequently responded to by the "owner" who graciously recommended that I contact Sweetwater customer service, the very same route where all of this began as if I would be amenable to repeating the entire extent of my frustration. Nektar Technologies wrote in reply yet another apology and that the decision regarding the problem was ultimately up to me. The point here is never do business with a company who intentionally seeks out software companies in collaboration to expand their consumer base and when a problem occurs, you find yourself ultimately responsible for spending your time to resolve or undertake a workaround merely to make a product that you purchased functional. Nektar Technologies apparently has the philosophy and practice that when continuity fails between their product and one of their collaborators that the solution is to pass the problem along to the consumer with an apology as though they have some expectation of allegiance by us to their product line. My solution was to re-package the Nektar unit and throw it onto a shelf in my closet because it constitutes hardware and support on a level commensurate with the toy industry in my opinion. The aggravation simply isn't worth it and the loss in money acceptable in order to move forward having made a very poor choice in purchasing a Nektar Technologies Inc product. Competition in this type of technology is far too extensive to accept mediocrity. Save your money and choose a product line that truly has auto-compatibility with your DAW software and stands behind their product line with solutions rather than apologies and excuses.

These Guys are awesome!, The customer Service is excellent. I was a new customer, bought the Panorama P4, which wasn't functioning properly, they helped me fix the issue instantaneously!! I am loyal to them now for a lifetime. !!!
