Definitely different, quality gifts and clothing options. My friend and I came in because she’d gotten jewelry here once and wanted to know if they could repair the clasp even though it was purchased years ago and the person at the counter said absolutely yes.

Ask for Francisca Edouard and she will help you find anything you need! We went in looking for an elegant cocktail dress and she pulled a few classy black dresses for me that weren’t even on display! She then took us downstairs and found the perfect pair of shoes and matching handbag. She has a great eye for details and made me feel like she was my personal stylist. We’ll be heading back to Neiman Marcus and asking for Francisca for all our future special attire needs!

This is my second visit to this store to buy perfume. Natasha went above end beyond as she did in my prior visit. I bypass two different locations where I can purchase my perfume. I drive 55 miles, one way, because of her incredible service. When I met her the first time, a few months ago, I shared with my daughter, my experience and how blown away I was. I brought my daughter back today to meet Natasha. She had one reply. Wow!!! She is a rarity, and in my opinion an incredible asset to the Neiman Marcus brand. I too am in the customer service industry and I wanted to recognize stellar service when received. I will continue to make the long commute to be helped by Natasha, she simply just that special!! Thank you for being YOU!

I've always preferred Neiman Marcus over Bloomingdales. The staff at Neiman Marcus have always been very polite. If you are ever in the Perfume area, make sure to ask for Rita. She's a breath of fresh air and a real asset to Neiman Marcus. If she was only working there during the holidays, management should really have her come on as a full time employee. Keep it up Neiman Marcus! The way your staff treats customers definitely speaks volumes to everyone! Thank you for hiring good people.

Going downhill fast. Over the course of a year the customer service at this location has disappeared. None of the people on the floor seem interested in helping customers. The only exception is Teddy who is consistently great. I’ll just start shopping online like everyone else.

I had the best shopping experience at Neiman Marcus. I came in looking for a handbag and was greeted right away by Jimmy and Samantha. They are both so welcoming and knowledgeable when it came to helping me choose the perfect hand bag. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was the best. There was no pressure from them to buy anything at all.
