Neils Donuts is an exceptional place to get all kinds of tasty goods. I had the sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and it was really good! I also have tried the donuts, which are very soft and fluffy. The various flavors of donuts give you plenty of variety. The coffee rolls are HUGE and so delicious. The glazed or cinnamon are both great options, can't go wrong with either one. They are also so soft and baked to perfection, I enjoyed it so much. The staff is really nice and they hustle to get you what you need. I do feel bad though, as it can get busy in there which leads to the building being a little hot, sticky, humid. I appreciate the staff and will continue coming back for the great products. Highly recommended for lovers of donuts, breakfast sandwiches and other tasty products!
Been a Neils fan for a long time from Wallingford but this was my first visit to this location. Great to have the drive thru! The muffins and donuts were the usual greatness ( my favorite is the Boston Cream) but the hot chocolate was out of sight! Rich and delicious. Neils is the best!
First time at Neil’s. Friends brought me some donuts from there but never been at their establishment until today. I have to say well organized and very fast friendly staff! I had a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel very fresh and tasty. Ordered 1 1/2 dozen donuts and coffee. Great coffee and AWSOME donuts. I live 18 miles away and I’ll go there for donuts before going anywhere in CT.
Obviously the donuts are great, but I also felt compelled to document that the breakfast sandos are also fantastic. I was skeptical because it’s hard to get both at the same place sometimes, but they’re also amazing. Be prepared to wait though - made to order.
Neil’s has the best donuts in town. They have a large selection of vegan donuts and great flavors. Their seasonal donuts and coffee drinks are a must. You can’t beat the prices.
Overall all really good donuts and great service here. They keep the line moving and are very polite helping with the order. I just got a coffee and a donut today, they even asked how the color of my coffee was after they put milk in!
Best donuts around. If you’ve never been you need to try it. If you want a filled donut, that’s exactly what you get! It’s stuffed with filling! I think a dz donuts are now tipping around $15, but everything is expensive these days! You can’t get anything cheap anymore. I think a single donut is around $2. They are filling and I would recommend them to family and friends! The service is good and you get waited on quickly.
Learned from my experience. Neil donuts is definitely an amazing amazing spot, but absolutely never ever ever order pick up from there. They are well oiled machine and they have 79 people helping those in line and literally one person doing the pick up orders. People put pick up orders to be efficient and get in and out. Not wait. 30 minutes. Just get in line you’ll be through it faster than putting in a pick up order.
Excellent food quality and taste. Professional service and great Middle Eastern/ Asian cuisine. The only thing I noticed that they give very little napkins, like they have some sort of shortage or something.
