I have been very pleased with Neighborhood Nerds. I have had them fix problems and perform a check up for me. Once I had a problem on my laptop late Friday afternoon and someone came here early on Saturday and fixed it.

These guys are great! After a severe storm I lost TV, WIFI, my smart speakers and my email. ATT fixed the TV but not the smart speakers or email. Nicholas Lindsey from the Neighborhood Nerds (NN) came over and quickly fixed the problem. Their service is very reasonable, fast and reliable. Terrible. No communication. Days will pass before a response to a question is received. Always via email, never phone. They literally never answer their phone. 1 week estimate turned into 3.5 weeks and job wasnt even done correctly. Showed up 45 minutes late to appointment. "Computer Repair" and yet no external harddrives for short term transfer storage on site, expect you to buy one to bring to them for them to use. Anticipate harddrive replacement via phone consult... and upon diagnosis ask you to buy it and bring it to them, if communicated earlier a week could be saved. I got my computer back, their "fix" was not fixed. They did not verify their work. They formatted a harddrive incorrectly and rendered it unusable without tools to convert it which I did not have, also turns out their data transfer was not completed and no data was even present on the harddrive. They installed the case of my computer incorrectly and bent it. They also inserted the harddrive into its slot incorrectly and damaged its seal. All for an estimated 1 week job... so after 4 weeks, later I took my computer to TechNav in Aloca and had it fixed in 1 day.

I've turned to Neighborhood Nerds for help on some pretty oddball issues, and they delivered. Who else could I turn to when the electronics on my whirlpool went bad? These guys know their stuff, even when it's a stretch from their core expertise.
