We have had an amazing experience working with Negley’s water. We submitted the contact form on the website the Wednesday before Independence Day. Jason, was willing to drive over an hour to come out to the house on the Saturday of July 4th Weekend. Jason really is a master of his craft. He took the time to answer all my questions and showed through various tests just how hard our water is. We decided to go with a water softener, UV antimicrobial system as well as a reverse osmosis drinking water system. The gentlemen who came to install the system, Dalton and Rad, are just as masterful. They were on time and very clean. They explained how the system works and what we need to do to keep it running smoothly for a long time to come. Jason came back for a follow up appointment to rerun the tests to show us they water softener and reverse osmosis systems at work. I can’t recommended Negley’s enough for you hard water problems. You will not be disappointed.

Reliable, responsive, and professional. We had Negley’s dig our well, install the pump and pressure system and finally, take care of the water treatment. All three teams were top-notch. Jason was great helping me understand the process and fine-tuning the final product. Negley’s is big enough to provide excellent service and small enough to make you feel like you matter. I've had my water softner for a week now and what a difference. I wish I would have done this years ago. My clothes feel softer and my skin cleaner. From the first call to inquire about treating my well water to the testing then the install, everyone at Negley's has been great to deal with. Negley's water from the very beginning to the end did an exceptional job. They came and tested our water and showed us what we needed and explained why. Got us an appointment to get our water softener installed and got it installed in one day. The installers were very nice and got the job done, without any issues. They did a follow up after installation, just to make sure we were getting the quality of water we wanted and everything worked great. Overall great product and people, highly recommend.

My wife and I had the best experience with our rep Jason...and the 2 phenomenal service techs who took care of us just after the initial consult and complimentary water testing! We were grateful for the time each took with us to thoroughly explain where we were...and where we should be. 💦 The two service techs (Wyatt and 'Rad) serviced our current setup, made a couple minor additions...and added a reverse osmosis system to our kitchen. I called 3 local businesses to get an estimate for having a water softener system installed. Had 3 appointments set. Negleys showed me a full system to suit my homes requirements. The second company presented their system which after a bit of research I believed was not as well suited for my home. Culligan didn’t even show for the appointment or call back to reschedule. The installation went very smooth and the Tech was excellent. They followed up after the installation to ask if I had found any questions or concerns. The system is operating as we had hoped and we highly recommend Negleys.
