The Neatherly Estate is a stunning property with a location that just can't be beat. Check in was super easy and I was pleasantly surprised to enter through a beautiful back courtyard complete with an inground pool. The Alexander Suite was well appointed and spacious. But the best part was the owner, Tiffany. She is kind, thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I were taken care of. You won't regret booking your stay here!

Wow! Just wow! We went for a night of rest and relaxation. And that’s exactly what we got. The room was so perfect. Had every amenitie possible. The pool was amazing. We lounged that afternoon as well late that night. So quiet, peaceful, and perfect! Tiffany cooked our breakfast. It was delish! We will definitely make this a frequent getaway. Thank you so much for a remarkable weekend.

Outstanding! I can’t wait to stay there again! My kids surprised me with a stay there for my birthday. Tiffany is such a gracious and fun host! The rooms are beautifully decorated and breakfast was delicious. I strongly recommend stating there!!

The Neathery Estate was exactly what I wanted for my visit to Texas. The house, the beautiful gardens, the atmosphere was vintage perfect. Tiffany was a great host providing everything I needed to make my visit special. McKinney is a wonderfully historic town with lots to do. Highly recommend a tour of the Heard-Craig House.

My husband and I had the best time at Neathery! Tiff is an excellent host! The Alexander Suite was the perfect amount of cozy, and breakfast was cooked to perfection! I loved the experience so much, I want to bring my mom here to enjoy it too! A definite 5 starts stars! 🌹❤️

Our stay at the Neatherly Estate Bed and Breakfast was perfect. We rented the entire Estate for our family lodging and home base for my Sister’s wedding festivities. It was a full house with the groom’s parents and sibling on the third floor and the bride’s parents and matron of honor’s family on the second floor. The bride and groom stayed in the largest suite with a large screened in porch (also on the second floor). It was an ideal place to bring two new families together. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of the breakfast, property, and host. Tiffany is a charismatic, warm, and funny host. She went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable to include my 7 year old daughter by whipping an alternate breakfast for her younger taste buds. In addition to her natural hospitality, the property itself is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We spent our first anniversary here and it was absolutely beautiful! From the gorgeous ambiance to the many amenities, we were so glad to spend our first-ever anniversary here. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious! 🥰

Tiffany works hard to make your stay comfortable. Spent Saturday next to the pool, reading. Fabulous! Paid to have have breakfast in bed the whole weekend. Heavenly!!! And delicious. Tiffany is capable and willing to make your stay beyond expectations. A sweet home tucked into a sweet neighborhood. Little Lending Libraries in walking distance. Downtown McKinney has all you need if you want to stroll and pace leisurely. Texas Bee Supply recommended this bed and breakfast. (My husband attended their bee class while I lazied by the pool.) Many thanks for their fabulous recommendation. I really hope to find a reason to return!
