I highly recommend NCS on Mill Rd in Eastchester. My laptop was out of warranty when the sound failed and the manufacturer's website troubleshooting recommendations were absolutely useless. NCS ran extensive diagnostics and pinpointed the repairs needed. NCS is professional, knowledgeable and got the job done beautifully, at a fair price, and quickly. Jonathan, the NCS tech expert, kept me advised along the way. It was like having your own corporate tech support right nearby in your neighborhood! I am so glad I found them.

5 star, my laptop was not working for 2 weeks and I went to 5 different places. When I drove pass the store I called them and they gave me a free consultation.The turn around was not long and I was offered a free laptop with all my data. Jon was so helpful and very knowledgeable. Better yet he fixed a dead computer with a one day turn around for an extremely reasonable price and with a warrentee.(Apple was not interested in helping with or basically would do so for basically the cost of a new computer - buyer protection plan ran out 39 days prior with no notice or ability to renew). This us the place to bring your PC and MAC issues for sure.
