Mica and Fuji do not know how to treat people. It is a shame that your workers lack basic courtesy and respect for others. Their attitude was highly unprofessional and extremely disturbing to say the least. I even witnessed how they treat their fellow employees firsthand and I must say, something needs to be done about it. I don’t want anyone to lose their jobs, but there needs to be serious training and oversight to ensure that their behavior doesn’t continue. I hope management takes immediate action to address these issues to improve both their working environment as well as the customer experience. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone with a moral compass. Please take this feedback seriously and take any and all necessary action to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

The first visit we encountered ants in the room. The Lodge has since been upgraded and looks great. The mattress felt old and a bit worn but still relatively comfortable. There was still an issue with a nasty bug crawling on the wall. The staff was courteous, however, one older woman working during the day could use a bit of sugar in her lacking personality. The rest of the staff was exceptionally professional and courteous. The cleaning and maintenance staff were also friendly and accommodating. Other than the one bug crawling across the wall... The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette allowed us to prepare meals without all the expense of high end restaurants. The local restaurants were exceptional and made the visit more enjoyable. The NEX and Commissary next door to the Lodge was extremely convenient along with the 24-hr gas station. If I am able to return, I will definitely stay at the Lodge again.

Clean rooms with everything you could need! Great location and service. Check in process was a little slow due to computer issues. NO ELEVATORS. (At least not when we were there) Not handicap friendly. Just as a heads up!

It fine. I wish the stove tops worked better. They take forever to heat up. Also, to do laundry, you have to pay for it with coins. Which sucks!!! They are also super small. I had to be in there for 2 months!!! So these little things were frustrating. Edit! So, my stay here has been generally getting more frustrating. It's been like 2 weeks without someone vacuuming the floor. How do I know? Well, I have gotten a new hoddie, and it's been shedding all over the floor. It's super notable. It's STILL on the floor. Im about to ask for the vacuum myself and clean it. Like this is ridiculous, they vacuumed everyone else room, so why not mine!! I hear them when they vacuum other rooms. Also, they are not consistent on what time they clean the rooms. I would understand if weekends they clean at different times, but it seems like each day they clean at crazy different times. I normally see them start to clean rooms about 10-11, but today they started at 1500 (3pm)!!!!! I'm sorry, WHAT?! I want my room to be cleaned properly. I try not to come in during the time they clean, but come on!!! What does it take to get my room cleaned properly! I'm not a super dirty person, but this is just plan stupid. This is not a difficult task.

Location in relation to Annapolis can’t be beat. Comfortable clean rooms that are fully appointed with a kitchen. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

Back again August 2024 :) Pros: cost, quiet location, larger than standard rooms, sofa is a sleeper at least in the room I rented . Laundry room with coin operated machines is available. Cons for some if you are seeking amenities. No room service or restaurant, no conference room or business center, no gym. No shuttle and location is remote to everything other than other DOD ID card holder shopping ( commissary, exchange, gas station) Still a great little place just manage expectations. The lodge is very small by hotel standards but the rooms are very well maintained and the kitchenettes are stocked with enough to prepare more than just microwaved prepackaged foods.

Huge room with all the amenities you need. Kitchen area, desk area, table area, large restroom. If you're able to stay here... I'd highly recommend it. It wasn't too far to drive or uber to town. Customer Service was great! They offer a few things for breakfast, but I didn't get down there on time to enjoy.

This was our second stay at the Navy Lodge. Since our first visit there have been numerous renovations and...what an improvement. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff and service representatives are courteous and professional. The lodge is a stones throw from the NEX and Commissary. Directly across from the USNA made it convenient for touring around the Academy grounds while watching the young Midshipmen walking between classes. Our primary visit was to visit parents interred at the Columbarium. A beautiful and quiet area of Annapolis. Great accolades to the folks at the Lodge for making our stay a great memory!
