I recently had the pleasure of staying at Navajo Lodge during my weekend getaway, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The staff at the motel went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I checked in, the receptionist was friendly and accommodating. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, showcasing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the standout features of this motel is its excellent customer service. Was placed in a room not fit for habitation. Black mold everywhere in the restroom, even the shower curtain had black mold. Bed sheets smelled like body odor. Feces on the walls, toilet paper used, items from previous guests still in the room, air conditioner blew hot air, bathroom floor disgusting, the list goes on. Paid $125 for a nightmare.

It has been great here. The manager/owner has gone out of his way to make our stay great. This is a no frills hotel, yet the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. This place is located in an older part of town, yet we feel safe. The parking lot is small for my truck. It was for a time when cars were smaller. Would I stay here again. Sure

Room was not made up when we arrived. Bed had hair in it. The bathroom didn't work well. The owner knew the resrtoom was having issues, because the water was shut off. Bed's were hard. Walls/floors were dirty. Has a musty smell. Parking area is extremely small. Only reason we stayed was because we could not find any other room, and the room is non refundable. Do not recommend. It is way overpriced. Definitely not worth the price.

It was very hot week and the air conditioner in my room kept me very cool.all week long. The owner is very nice and always available. I liked the roo.s because the are good size and have a refrigerator and microwave in them. They also co.e equipped with shampoo, lotion, soap, mouthwash. All in all I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future

Oh might gosh where to I start? I found this room on Expedia that was thr fist clue of bad news to come because it was difficult to locate this bad hotel on other booking sites. I called the receptionist to this family owned hotel and when I asked why the difference in rate so barked at me to book the cheaper rate on line. So I did. After arriving at the hotel she was still just as rude as she was previously on the phone. Speaking to the through a glass window with a small slot to pass ID and payment through. Shockingly she did allow us to view the room prior to providing payment. The room was basic and bed had a strange smell. All things considered we didn't not feel comfortable and called Expedia and cancelled the reservation and ended of staying at a motel 6 that was located in a better area. All the signs are there for this hotel to tell you to avoid at all cost. This also explains why there are not many pictures of the inside of the rooms by actual guest.
