Nice quiet little park, dog park, shelter house, concrete trails...I took a star off only because the trail doesn't go all around the lake...also no kids play area...a new prairie restoration project is happening...
Didn't realize this was right across the street when we moved here. Awesome little park. Will be going frequently.
I love going to this park with family and exploring the trails and seeing the wildlife. You often see turtles at the ponds, and a friendly tarantula likes to roam the sidewalk on the east side of the park 100 yards south of the City Maintenance building. Do be aware that is wild woods in rural North Texas, so there can be snakes in the underbrush. Watch your step and enjoy nature! My nieces and I saw a healthy, large copperhead a few months ago; beautiful and slightly dangerous (their bites are rarely life-threatening). Just keep your situational awareness up and love the environment, you’ll see some very cool sights.
Awesome little treasure in the Anna community. Great walking/ cycling trail. My little dogs loved walking through here, so many smells too sniff at! Some of the areas are in need of cleanup.
Took my 2 dogs to run in the dog park. Found some dog owners think they are too good to pick up after their dogs. This seems to be getting worse. Thank you, city, for the park. Too bad some ruin it for all.

Nice place, delicious food, super tasty, we made the onion rings messy and it was blowing my mind, also we got the hot ð¥ Hawaiian pizza with thin crust (it wasn't really hot, but it was close), and finally chicken wings with ranch sauce ð ð
