The nutrition person was very nice and informative. It's a nice place if you want something specific. The classes are great. If your going for like a daily needs like it's very expensive. If your thing is specific healthier options than it's a nice place to go. It's like sprouts on steroids

What I love about natural groceries is you do not have to worry if everything that you're buying is organic. Even stores like Sprouts, you're never sure if you're buying organic or not, you have to look carefully. But Natural Grocers does not carry any products that are not organic. The prices can be a bit high but you know you're getting good quality.

Great place for specialty ingredients not found elsewhere in town!

Good selection of supplements, protein powders, natural cleaning products, toiletries and foods, including frozen, bulk and dairy or dairy free foods. Good gluten free choices. Small but good fresh produce section. Also a good place to buy natural gifts for family and friends.

This store is fabulous. I love everything about it. It's one of the very best in existence.

They have quite an inventory of supplements and organic groceries. Things can be a little pricey, but they do have sales that can make shopping there doable. They have a rewards program that you can sign up for free.

My review is about this particular Natural Grocers. I've been in a lot of different sister stores in different states including AZ. I love this chain, but this store in Prescott is a weak link. As noted by others some of the checkers won't be bringing a smile to your face. I've noticed that across the board that retention and reward reflect attitude vains that vary widely... Some are a true pleasure to visit, and others make you wonder how it got so bad. Employees kicking product even fresh produce on the floor and then put it right up on the shelf or stack. The water filter machine had not been serviced I over 6 weeks when I checked it, as I always do. This could be a potential health Hazzard. I would caution against using this water machine here, and this store should be fined for neglect. I did talk with a person in charge about this, and got a brush off. The whole store here displays that attitude, and I can only guess it's a sour stream flowing downhill. It's not at all like other Natural Grocers. You will find products you love and travel especially for, to be out of stock. We had to return moldy yogurt,..... Look, this place needs a review on food handling, a freshen up of stale management, and a clean reboot on traditional Natural Grocers values and commitments to community. Sorry to have to be hard on this one, but someone needs to know a crash happened here.

We buy many supplements here! We find the employees in that department very knowledgeable & helpful! We do lots of research. We are familiar with many brands & varieties & why we need them! While they cannot give medical advice we feel we can trust information & the products they offer!
