Natural Grocers - Grocery store in Bountiful - 55 W 500 S, USA

Have been here since it opened. Recently it got a new manager. I think its best to either replace or send to another location. In these days its unbelievable to still be bias towards people. We reserved a Turkey a month ahead, my money was taken as deposit. Only to be told days before Thanksgiving. “No sorry, but we don’t have a Turkey for you. I was asked about my last name, and I gave it. Yes you reserved one but we don’t have any to give to you. Showed our receipt only to be told we got the wrong deposit put on a Turkey. She wanted me to come back for any that were not sold. The day of. Really? I asked for my deposit back and got it. Left me to run around town with crowds of people at stores. Well, I went down to Whole Foods Market and actually paid less than $50 for Mary’s chilled Turkey. Big price difference compared to $79 dollars Turkeys that were at Natural Grocers. By the way just because I look like I don’t speak perfect English, I completely understand what was said and, on your end, holding up the line to speak with friends is unprofessional. (while a new register employee in training didn’t know what to do with you scanning discount coupons for your friend) Your bigotry of making me wait with my son for 20 minutes and holding up the line with 6 people behind me, while talking about other people. Next time chitchat and please move them to another register. You gave her $15 dollars off vitamins because they are your friend. This was never an issue for Natural Grocers to have employees treat people like this or behave in a manner where ultimately you are not good enough for our products or services. Did not offer a solution or help us for our holiday meal. Oh and your chicken that was expired was on the shelf the day it said sold by....

If you’re sensitive to perfumes, avoid going in unless you want an instant headache and nausea. The scent permeates the entire store. Had a few decent items and staff were polite.

It's a very special store. You can buy your vitamins and all your organic groceries. The people who work there are caring and attentive. If you cannot find your product, they will let you know when they might receive the truck with the next shipment. That allows the planning and calling the store to make sure they have what you are looking for. I am glad to have such a fantastic team and great products right in my backyard.

Love to shop at the natural Grocers in St George. Very large selection of vegetables, large selection of organic Eden products well pretty much everything wouldn't expect.

Favorite grocery store ever. Good quality products and healthier options for everything. I do most of my shopping there and the staff is always super nice and friendly. Edit: The increase in prices is ridiculous. I've been going here less and less because I can't afford it anymore. I got a 60$ half full jug of protein powder, which the exact same thing used to be 45$. I checked Amazon after getting home and sure enough, the jug is 45$ there. I feel scammed. There no point in continuing to go here if I can find the same products incredibly cheaper elsewhere.

Great staff, but I have never seen an intern store manager not be able to handle every day stress like him. The real workers was just amazing though.

Helpful and friendly staff. Wide selection of chocolates. Yum. Extensive selection of supplements and healthy personal care items. Good deals and coupons. There were issues with one of my coupons, they patiently helped me resolve the issue and honored the coupon.

Love shopping here and the small, relaxed feel of the place. Great employees!
