This was one of the most amazing caverns I’ve been to. I like that it is family owned and operated. I did the discovery tour and that is currently $27-30 depending on what day of the week you go. It’s an hour long so I recommend wearing good sneakers. It’s about 70 degrees inside the cavern. Our tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable. If you’re not in shape, disabled, or an older adult, I would skip this as it can get strenuous at times. If you think you can do it, then all the more power to you.
We went to this cave as one of the first we’ve ever been in and it was a great time. We went on the Hidden Wonders Tour and since we went later on in the afternoon on a weekday, we were the only ones on the tour, which was kind of neat. The staff at the caverns are very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything beforehand It was very neat to see all the structural formations naturally constructed over time. My favourite part was the lights show at the end, which makes it a bit more magical. It is a bit of a walk but there are stops to sit. There is also a conveyor belt at the end that you can stand on if you choose when going out of the cave. Definitely something to do when you’re in San Antonio.
Great time and worth the trip! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Some walking and oddly warm inside, I would've thought cold but the humidity makes it warmer. If you can't do walking on wet floors, don't go. The light features make this absolutely top notch and a memorable experience.
Very busy family friendly place. Cavern tour wasn't as informative and interesting as other caverns. Still a good experience. The Twist and Trails looks super fun for school-age kids. Next door is the Natural Bridge Wildlife Park. Again a fun family adventure. You could spend the entire day doing all these 2 locations offer.
Natural Bridge Caverns in Texas is an awe-inspiring natural wonder. As you descend into the caverns, the world transforms into a magical realm of stunning stalactites, stalagmites, and delicate formations, all beautifully illuminated. The tour guides are knowledgeable, sharing fascinating details about the caverns' history and geology. The walkways are well-maintained, ensuring a safe experience for all ages. The caverns' constant cool temperature provides a refreshing escape from the outside heat. Above ground, there are fun activities like zip-lining and gem mining, making it a perfect family destination. This underground marvel is an unforgettable journey into Earth’s hidden beauty.
Amazing experience!! Highly recommend visiting this place! I have been to couple of other caverns, but this one was way different and awesome compared to those! They have other activities available on site as well, so you can easily spend half day (or full day if you do both tours).
This is a "must do" kind of place. The two tours are so worth it! Both the discovery cavern and the hidden cavern are different enough you'll want to see both. Plenty of free parking, but I still recommend coming earlier in the day so you have time for both tours and the other activities available if you're interested. Definitely book online so you've got your spot guaranteed. Gift shop, several places to eat, plenty of places to stop and rest.
Definitely worth a visit! We drove from Houston to see the caverns and it was so worth it. I wasn’t expecting this at all. We took the 1hour tour for ~$33 per person. This was the original caverns. We had a great tour guide and both the kids and the adults enjoyed it. The temperature inside the cave was much warmer than expected (21c with 90% humidity) so id recommend leaving your jackets in the car. Some parts of the cave are slippery so if you have hiking shoes, id wear them. Also leave anything unnecessary behind because you want your hands free to hold the railings.

Great place to take family and friends on a hike! If theyre not from town especially. Birds are not as abundant, plant diversity is decent, hike is great, not too difficult! No allow pets. Parking is tricky depending on time.
Fourth time here. We obviously always have a blast. Itâs a great activity for children and adults to play together. And as an adult, weâre having just as much fun as the kids. Parking is usually pretty easy too. Highly recommend!
Stopped by on the recommendation of a friend and am really glad I did. This no frills, just good coffee truck offers some great coffee and coffee drinks. The staff is cheerful and friendly. All drinks are made to order and are exceptional. I opted fo
