Unfriendly threatening hostile owner. The most overly dramatic gym owner I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. 👎🏻Lacked energy. 👎🏻Awkward layout. Geriatric clientele that wasn’t friendly & the few younger patrons all had earbuds in, did their workout without speaking to anyone and then left with their sweaty clothes still on; treating the facility as if it was a generic Anytime Fitness, Planet Fitness etc. 👎🏻There was no sense of community. 🟢The YMCA Klamath Falls had a far superior facility with a better layout, with a more youthful spirit, people chatting, even with a newbie like me. And their facility director = extremely direct, empathetic and friendly. If I lived in KF, the Y would be my home gym!!

Join with caution! Equipment is often in disrepair, always busy, very difficult to get an efficient workout in. But more than that, they make it INCREDIBLY challenging to cancel your membership even when you have moved out of state. Clearly if I have a lease agreement in a state that’s 1000+ miles away, I am not going to be utilizing a membership any longer. We were told this would be no problem when initially joining, but now corporate is being very difficult to work with. Shady.

Gym itself is great and has all the essential amenities. I had some issues with billing and signing up for the wrong type of plan, but the owner was very helpful in trying to understand what went wrong and made a valiant effort to clear up the situation and resolved my problems. Great service, kind people, nice gym.

I’ve been coming here consistently for almost a year. It’s always clean and the staff are friendly. The owner is a super nice guy that comes in on the unstaffed weekends just to make sure things are going well and is very kind. Plenty of equipment, open spaces for stretching, and even I never thought I’d get into it, but racketball is really fun and the room is nice.

I love the vibe and feel of this gym, 💪🏻everyone is very friendly the staff is courteous and helpful.😁 I joined because of the great price💲 with everything included, it's a great deal. Everything is cleaned and maintained very well National fitness offers.A large weight room, treadmills, sauna, tanning beds, red light therapy, child care, and many classes. Would definitely recommend!

First visit since joining. Got there about 1030-11 am. Not crowded. 2 miles on bike thot I'd die. So out of shape since back surg. Hardest part was figuring out which equip 2 use & then HOW to use it. For a novice it doesn't make perfect sense. It'll get better in time.

What a gem of a gym. Just in town visiting, looking for a good workout. This place rocks! Great dad/daughter team running it. Solid equipment. Good members. And they have childcare while you exercise!

Wow, what a great Gym, a really beautiful family owns and runs this gym. The gym is spotless, good equipment, they have fitness classes, they have childcare, tanning, hydro massage chairs, nails, hair and they also do your eyelashes there.(Jim) who is the owner is a doll, he two daughters that work there, one runs the desk and the other does the nails they are both excellent.We also met Jose and Paul part of the staff who were also so helpful and knowledgeable. The clientele at the gym, were friendly and nice.We were only in town for two weeks, But when we come back through, we will definitely choose this gym. Thank you Gene and Virginia New York
