Didn't get something because they tried to use UPS to ship to a PO Box. When I tried to start a refund, one of the options was "I didn't receive the item" so I clicked on that, and it asked me to print a shipping label to return the item. If your own system says the item can't be delivered because you screwed up the shipping method you owe me a refund, full stop.
Highly disappointed in what seemed like a great company to work with. Used them for years! When it was time to cancel our service, we were told because we didn't give 30 days notice to our yearly renewal that we must pay for the next year even though we have no need for it. Throwing $10,000 to the wind. Very disappointed and do not recommend.
this platform is just a wrapper aroubd the info you will get from tracking in fedex/ups/usps websites. so just looks pretty....ok. what else
Today is Friday, package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday (paid for expedited shipping). Tracking updates are scarce.
Package has been 1 town over, for more than 24 hours. Updates say package was out for delivery yesterday (still a day late) and then a final update for the day, 9 mins later, just after 9am, says that “apartment number is wrong/missing/covered and package could not be delivered”. Here’s the thing, the address on the order is printed correctly (I quickly went and checked!), my condo number has not gone missing, nor is it covered, AND my phone number is on the order!!!! If you have a question that is going to REALLY screw up delivering my package, CALL! Any questions at all, CALL! That’s what the phone number is there for.
Can not tell you how disappointed I was when I saw tracking was w Narvar.
EVERY SINGLE TIME, my packages are either late, or never show up!!!!!! Never ever ever everrrrrrrrrr an issue w FED EX, UPS, DHL, or USPS!!!
Oh, and did I mention it’s Friday and it says no Saturday/Sunday deliveries?? Perfect.
Always the worst experience.

GIGO- very poor info same message for 6days after BarkBox sent expedited. Felt the box must have fallen off the conveyor somewhere. It shouldn’t take from January 11 to I hope January 22 to reach me. It is just slightly over 700 miles from Reno to Phoenix. Our western weather has been calm.

Don’t send me emails.
They will lie to you over the phone and make promises they can’t back up. Make sure that you get everything they promise in writing otherwise they will tell you that you’re just out of luck and locked into a long term contract. I would avoid this company.
Did not update me on my parcel despite me requesting multiple times on my parcel status. The facebook bot isn't as responsive with the queries too, clicked "Track my package" but no responses came through.
