Napoli's Italian Restaurant - Italian restaurant in Chickasha - 1732 S 4th St, USA

In town for the festival of light on a Sunday evening. We usually hit a popular diner in the area but they were closed. Bread is the best part of the meal. It's really good. Everything else out came out without a soul. No presentation on most of the plates. Just seemed slopped on the plate. Chicken (Jerusalem) was overcooked and dry. Seems most of what came to our table was frozen at some point. Noodles were broken. Meatballs taste like the ones in our freezer at home. Sauces were inconsistent. That is, one seafood alfredo plate was runny while the other was a little thicker. Pizza tasted salty. Guys, If an Italian eatery's plate of spaghetti is mediocre I'm not sure what hope there is for the rest of the menu. Service was spot on. Wait staff was attentive. She did well. Interrupted the guy playing on his phone so we could pay. All in all, It's adequate, but we're not travelling to come here again. We'll find something else next time, I think.

Great place, clean, warm, and comfortable. Food was good, but not exceptional for the price. Servers were friendly but there was a child working and waitress only came to the table twice.

My husband and I went out for dinner, we were wanting to have a good dinner out together, but unfortunately, it didn’t happen because of this restaurant! We were seated by a very unprofessional “manager” and then the waitress came over to take our order. When I told her what I wanted, she asked me to show it to her on the menu. I did so and then repeated my order. She repeated it as well. My husband then ordered and she walked away, presumably to turn the order in. Finally our food was brought out, but it wasn’t what I had ordered. When I pointed this out to her, after we flagged her down, she took it and said, oh no, I will be right back. We didn’t see her again for approximately 20 minutes. No one else stopped by the table to check on us and I insisted my husband go ahead and eat, although I had no food. Finally she comes back with a plate of food and sets it in front of me. My husband was done eating, so I asked for a to go box. She brings it back along with the check. We were charged full price, I had water, but my husband had a soft drink, that wasn’t even comped. We go to the register to pay, at which time we get to encounter the unprofessional manager again. She asks how was everything? I said well, if our order hadn’t been messed up and I would have been able to eat, it would have been better. She says, oh well how was your food when you got it? I pointed to the box and said I don’t know, I didn’t get a chance to eat. Oh, okay, she says. She then reaches to snatch the credit card from my hand and I said, I’m turning it on, it won’t go through otherwise. She says, oh. I turned the card on and hand it to her and she hands me an ink pen to sign with, which didn’t work. I told her it didn’t work and she proceeded to stick her tongue out and kept touching the pen to her tongue over and over. After we left I told my husband I would call and speak with the owner the next day. I wanted to do that instead of giving them a bad review or blasting them on social media. I tried to speak with the owner, but the unprofessional manager refused to let me. Then after she hung up on me, she just let the phone ring and wouldn’t answer it. This was hands down the worst experience we’ve had in Chickasha. I would recommend ANY OTHER RESTAURANT IN CHICKASHA OVER Napoli’s!!!

Absolutely wonderful. Staff was very nice and attentive. Food was delicious and healthy portions. Highly recommend. We had 10 in our group. Was able to immediately seat us.

I love the food and atmosphere here. Very calm, relaxing, and welcoming. Perfect for a nice lunch or dinner. The temperature is always just right here and the staff are always very friendly and check on you to make sure you have what you need. The prices here are also pretty great (I bought a Stromboli for $10 and I had 2 lunches out of it), along with complementary rolls... I’ve been here plenty of times and have never had a bad experience.

Just don’t go service isn’t the best they got a little kid working the register and we got sat down and drinks ordered and got our drinks and she didn’t show back up for like 20 minutes to take our order and we were there before this group of people and ordered before them and they got their food before use. The waitress said it was going to be a little bit before we got our food because there is only 2 cooks and we were thinking like 20 minutes but it was more like an hour and we get our food and she said sorry about the wait there is only 1 cook. The food isn’t the best there is no flavor in any of the food we got the bread wasn’t good just don’t go. I forgot one thing to we ordered a salad and never did get it

Being from the Northeast, and Italian, this was a horrible experience. The waiter had a bad cough, it was filthy in there, and the food was terrible. I’m including a picture of my salad with whatever was on the lettuce. The waiter coughed on it, so I wouldn’t have eaten it anyway. Chicken parm was rubber and the spaghetti was in little pieces and way over cooked. I had to give it one star because I was able to leave.

Nice place and people just there Tomato sauce taste like vinegar or alcohol or something I had the lasagna was not good the bread they have is good tho I hope they fix this I thank that's why there not more busy there sauce needs work
