Napa River Inn - Hotel in Napa - 500 Main St, USA

If I could give more STAR I’ll give this hotel 10 star. First-The location is super convenient you could walk to everywhere in about 1 or 2 min and a lot of good restaurants right around the corner. The River right behind the hotel and it’s only few steps. Second: the hotel facility and rooms is beautiful and clean . Third: the staff extremely nice and helpful. Our car broke down in the hotel parking lot and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the help especially ED he’s so kind so amazing to be there with my husband the whole entire time and Rosie she drove me around to get a rental car. Thank you Ed , thank you Rosie . Thank you all for the hospitality . Will come back soon .

This was an excellent hotel.||The view of the river was beautiful||The room was spacious and had lovely decor.||The bathroom was very large and the terrace was the icing on the cake.||There was a good choice of breakfast at the neighbouring Sweetie Pie shop.||Only a stone's throw away from Downtown and a great location if attending a wine tour as we did. We were picked up directly from the hotel for the wine tour.||Cannot recommend this hotel enough and I would stay here again!

We stayed in the Plaza King Suite and very much enjoyed it. The room, the spa, breakfast, and location were all exactly what we wanted. The room was very clean and quiet, we enjoyed the view of the river and the wisteria growing on the railing. |We both had a massage and mini facial at the spa. It’s right there in the mill, it’s as easy as walking a few steps. The spa was very tranquil and clean and the services had us so relaxed. |We received vouchers at check in for either pastries on delivery to the room or $10 off full breakfast in Sweetie Pies (also in the mill). We opted for breakfast at Sweetie Pies and were very pleased. They have several gluten free and vegan items. |The location is perfect for a romantic getaway. We parked our car on site and enjoyed the quietness of the room, but were just steps away from nearly unlimited tasting rooms, amazing dining, shopping, and anything else. We didn’t need our car until we checked out. Angèle Restaurant is in the mill as well, I highly recommend trying it.

Location, facilities, food & beverage, service & hospitality top notch!|Second stay. Will be going back next fall for a 3rd time. A beautiful resort and location on its own Vineyard where the wine tastings are fresh & taste better! Great staff.

Recently stayed at the Napa River in and had such a great stay! The front desk was so accommodating and this hotel is in a great location for downtown Napa. The parking is included which is a huge plus! The cafe next store has decent coffee and delicious pastries as well as several breakfast options. Every guest gets a 10 dollar voucher to use every morning of the stay. The hotel offers wine shipping which was a very easy process however does take awhile for shipping to arrive

Great location and nice room with a view. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. If we make it back to Napa will definitely look to stay here again.

This was the highlight of our Napa trip. We stayed in a historic room and would recommend it to anyone. ||Seriously - the staff is amazing and we never had a negative interaction with anyone at our hotel. It felt like home.||The room was perfect and had everything you could want. The tub was beautiful and my favorite part of the room. I also loved the attention to detail (heat lamp in the bathroom, dual shower, the fluffiest bed ever).||I had trouble leaving this room because it was so incredibly comfortable.||I also loved the free morning pastries from Sweetie Pies. Everything was so yummy.

The Napa River Inn is a gorgeous Inn! It’s located in a great location with many shops, restaurants, and cute coffee/bakery & sweet shops. |My husband and I stayed in the Captain Hatt’s Suite and it was absolutely stunning! Rosie, the hotel concierge is fabulous! She helped to set up our dinners, suggested wineries, and recommended transportation service. Rosie made sure our stay was set up perfectly upon our arrival. In addition, the staff at the Napa River Inn was also very kind, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Napa River Inn! Thank you for making our trip to Napa wonderful!
