Nantucket Inn & Suites in Wildwood - Motel in Wildwood - 4100 Ocean Ave, USA

This room was pretty decent for what I have been in, in previous years. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were pretty firm which is OK for my liking. There was just a sheet and what I called a table cloth on the bed. It was very thin. The beach it very close. There is a family dollar on the next block if you need anything. Dog are allowed here for a minimal fee of $25/day. The walls are thin so we did hear other dogs barking and tv through the walls. The only downfall is the climb up and down the stairs as I was on the 3rd floor.

My family and I I recently stayed at the Nantucket Inn & Suites in Wildwood, NJ due to a last-minute funeral. We drove in off the street and were able to secure a room at what seemed like a fair price based on the description given by the front desk agent. I informed the young lady who checked us in that my wife would be arriving soon and that we would need parking, to which she assured me there would be no problem. Upon checking into the room, I quickly realized that I had been misled by the photos I saw online and the description provided. The room was not as advertised: there was leftover food in the fridge, a towel hanging in the back bedroom, and a hair tie full of hair on the bathroom doorknob. My kids were very tired and hungry, so I didn't complain immediately because I wanted to feed them and get them to bed as quickly as possible. The next morning, I spoke with Marcos, the manager, about the issues. He said he would address them, but he didn't act like it was a problem and did not even apologize. This was very poor customer service, unlike anything I have experienced before. My wife, who was too upset to drive the previous night, arrived the following day. I went to get her a parking pass so we could go to dinner, and the young lady called Marcos. He initially wanted to charge me $35 for the parking spot. After reminding him of the situation, he said he wouldn't charge us and that my wife could park on the lot. When my wife arrived, we noticed a sign stating that cars without a permit would be towed. I went back inside to clarify how they would know it was my wife's car, and the attendant was unsure, so he fetched Marcos. This time, Marcos said he would give me a "deal" and only charge me $20. I reminded him that he had just told me my wife could park for free. He responded, "I have to make money." This was absolutely unacceptable. This man is not a professional, and I will never stay at this place again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. The overall experience was dreadful, and the lack of proper customer service was appalling. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Super close to the boardwalk and beach. Free parking at the hotel. We didn’t use our car once, the location is perfect. The pool is nice, everything was great. The staff and especially Hector was great. It was our first stay at this hotel, but not our last for sure!!!

Without a doubt the best hotel experience I’ve had in the Wildwood area. I was greeted immediately by a young man named Adam who gave me the fastest check inn I experienced a few hours ahead of when I was supposed to check in. Hector was incredible in dealing with my needs related to the room and the owner Marco was extremely helpful in getting me a room when they were almost fully reserved. The location was perfect, for the proximity to the boardwalk but still quiet at night. I definitely recommend this place to people looking for an amazing experience in wildwood!

This was my first stay here and they have won my business going Forward. Most convenient location ever. Board Walk across the street and Family Dollar next Door(super convenient). Just 1 block from the beach, you want to bring your puppies - yes sir , not a problem , how nice is that. Marco at the desk and owner takes care of you like family !. Stop by say hi and book your room. Comfy and cozy ! Thank you Marco

Staff was great and The location of the hotel was perfect but the room wasn’t clean. Next to the nightstand was a receipt from March from another visitor. I stayed in the room in August so you can tell it hasn’t been clean for awhile. The ice bucket they give you was also very dirty and hasn’t been wiped out.

Awful experience. I decided to book this hotel for my fiancée and I for a couple of days. The only thing the place had going for them was how close it was to the boardwalk. The room we got was just 1 room, and everything was crammed together. When we were taking our stuff in, another person walked by and was like, "I'm so sorry, I got that room last year." With a cringe. It was like we were shoved in a back corner to not be seen. Also, the locks barely worked. It also took around 15 minutes to check out. Another lady and I were calling the number and ringing the bell it wasn't until I tapped the keys on the desk that someone greeted us to check us out. Spend your money at another place.
