A small, clean donut shop with a large variety of donuts and other snacks. The lady behind the counter was very nice. I tried the base glaze donut which was light and fluffy. I could've eaten a dozen of those they were so good. All of the other items had strong flavor and were the perfect start to the morning. Definitely worth the stop!
They are closed the last Monday of the month, and they close when they run out of donuts. The prices are reasonable. The apple fritter is ok, Gibsons fritters are better and more fresh. The shop is clean, the staff are very friendly.
Hands down some of the best donuts I've ever had. They're light, fluffy, icing is good, and overall just a 10/10. The spicy Jin's loaf is amazing and unbeatable for the price. I will definitely be back and be recommending Jin's!
New owners but they kept the same recipes! My FAVORITE PLACE to get not only donuts but croissants (ham or sausage filled) and their Jin Rolls (spicy or plain)!! Great service and care-to- please staff!!

Best donuts! We always buy here. Very nice people. These donuts light and melts in your mouth and can stay fresh even after two days.
Wow are the donuts good but you gotta go early they sell out quickly it's so nice and friendly there I tried the ham and cheese croissant and the doughnut holes I will be back to try the apple fritter I missed them gotta go earlier next time
The donuts are delicious and the family is so sweet. They didn’t know when I came in with my son it was his birthday but they treated him as if they knew. They gave him a complimentary Mickey Mouse donut, a juice pouch and were so friendly! We will definitely be back for more!!!
