It's a fantastic, local treat! While I can't say that it was the best burger I've ever had, I can say it was a big, juicy burger with fresh ingredients and not greasy. The bacon on the burger was top quality. I think the fry sauce and the "secret burger sauce" are extremely similar (if not the same), and both taste like thousand island and tartar sauce. The fries are given in generous portions and the hogg fries is a meal itself. I was happy that I stopped here and tried it out.

Best burger in the Willamette Valey and at a great point, fries are very good, hand cut. They have an excellent choice of burgers and sandwiches along with shakes.

Burger was very good. Fries were WAY overdone. Service fairly slow (20 minutes for hamburger and fries). Not sure I would go again.

Not sure who replied to me but it shows they care about the business and also care about their customers and I really appreciate that in a business. I must give these guys another try specially hamburgers are my favorite food. I hope I have a much better service experience. Looking forward to trying Nancy Joes again. This was an ok place, the fry’s are decent the burgers are decent and onion rings are not my type I like the flaky style onion rings. The place is clean the line was short. Not sure what started the burger chain first the menu is so close to five guys. Look at this menu and five guys menu. The help was cold as ice but it’s fast food I guess. The prices are actually pretty low but you get what you pay for. They should really step up on service at least a friendlier counter. This place is mediocre at best. I probably will not be back here and I cannot recommend this place.

Alright … here me out here. This is one of my top 3 burger places. The burgers are just awesome!!! They taste better then the competitors burgers at this price point. ( we know who I’m talking about 🤣) the bacon they put on the burgers is great and cooked perfect. Cajun fries are amazing, and you get lots of them even with a medium. Get a side of the Jalepeno ranch for dipping the fries 👌🏼 The milkshakes are top notch. I really enjoy going to Nancy Joes burgers. Great place.

I love Nancy Joe’s burgers. My husband loves their fries. I’m not quite as crazy about them but they’re pretty good and I love their shakes. Would’ve given five stars for atmosphere but the tables outside are never clean and having small dogs I would love to be able to eat outside on a nice day with them. The service is just OK. Personally, I like service with a smile and a “hi how are you”? That's just me and may not be important to you. But if you’re looking for a great burgers I highly recommend you try them.

I got the special basket. We got fry sauce on the side. The lobby had a ketchup dispenser. The customer service from the back of the house was excellent. It is true, When you order, the order taker is a bit short & lacking that customer service. P.S. I have noticed that from the time span of more than a year ago the owner replied to reviews respectfully and apologized and asked questions like they were sincerely concerned... But then on the newer reviews I wonder if there's a new owner because the way that they respond to Google reviewers Is severely lacking in the sincerity of ownership for trying to do better business.

Pretty good. My partner really liked them. I wasn't interested in whatever pickles they use, maybe I'd do a different cheese next time. I did provolone. Some tastes clashed on my burger. But overall, the meat itself is good, veggies on the burger were fresh, and the fries are pretty good. Service was great. The cashier was polite, even for how tired he seemed. Not super chatty, but good customer service regardless.
