Beautiful reserve area with wildlife. Water very shallow at many parts. The narrow western entry to Cow Island Pond was not deep enough for a kayak to pass. Your trip may end earlier than you planned. More a place to enjoy the wildlife than a paddling workout.
great small.park with a few trails and paddle boston site for kayaks, canoes n sups into Charles river
Fantastic place to put in for canoeing and kayaking. There’re also rentals here including paddle boards. ( you can use the dock for your own Put in too)
Lovely boat launch along the Charles, with good rentals and free public access.
We enjoyed kayaking on glassy smooth waters.
Gorgeous place! Very different from other areas of the Charles. While you will still hear the cats zooming nearby, nature is beautiful there.
Small parking lot only.
Brought our SUPs and rented a kayak.
Friendly staff!
Doesn't feel like you are less than 10 miles from downtown Boston! Beautiful scenery. Love being in nature.
Cute place but with very short trails that are filled with ticks. The two community gardens past the soccer fields are nice. The canoe launch/dock and boathouse are cool. Plenty of parking on lower and upper levels but be very careful pulling in and out as drivers on very busy road do not expect or see you pulling out of semi hidden driveways of parking lots.
This is my favorite park in Greater Boston, mainly because the dog park is the best one that Iâve ever seen in the area. Newton maintains and preserves this park better than any city or town where Iâve ever been in Massachusetts. I give this pl
I spent 7 years at this park several times a week. The playground was fun and it was a nice mix of the playground area and the swing and the spring rockers. Itâs the only park in the area with a teeter totter. My kids loved playing in the fields as
Lots of shade, some picnic tables, basketball court in good condition, tennis courts, grass field. Vibrant playground for kids with plenty of space and variety.
I am a nanny in Boston and I have been bringing my toddler to My Gym for almost a year now. We love it here! The coaches are excellent. Hannah is always greeting each child by name, and has the ability to make everyone feel welcome and accepted. Marc
Iâve been attending Burn since they opened their doors in February 2018. Itâs true when they say the gym is more than a gym, itâs a community. At Burn you get an awesome workout for 45min by extremely attentive and kind trainers and you get to
The neighborhood bistro, reliable, relaxed and always serving a good dinner. The menu changes frequently, the wines are excellent, and the place is always bustling with happy customers.
Great food and AMAZING service. Went for dinner with a friend and sat on the back patio. The servers were very attentative and patient.
I left my grilled cheese when we left, I called 15 minutes later and they had saved it for me! You'll understand
First time here and the food is really good! The teriyaki bowls are amazing, went with chicken and shrimp. I also got the lo mein noodles which did not disappoint. Lastly the location is on the corner, and you can easily find street parking.
This wonderful local joint deserves all the stars they were awarded for. So happy the reviews brought me here. Amazing food (they helped me with my indecisive choice - telling me they can do an avo on rye for the grilled chicken tomato lettuce sub on
Atmosphere and staff both are top notch. I donât believe they have Blue Moon, which is my go to, but they have a most satisfying Belgian style wheat beer on tap that I rather enjoyed. Steak tips were pretty good, I had them medium rare with just
Fresh and delicious food with good prices and people! One thing that I want to mention is that first come first sit. There are no reservations so you come, order and wait for the table if the place is packed.
We got salmon sandwich, burrito and latte
Fun little playground with two agesâ sections and a small gazebo. My son loves coming here, especially when he can take the unofficial path in the woods next to the park.
Ratings are a subjective take on concrete experiences. Paddy's provides the best overall restaurant experiences I've had over the past 10 years. The food is incredible and their specials menu houses some of my favorites like the haddock and the meatl
