The gentleman at the drive thru window was so friendly! I should have asked his name but his personality alone makes me want to come back (I will be). He also gave me a free hash brown which was so sweet! I will also be coming back for the amazing food. I got the double breakfast sandwich and it was hot and delicious. If you’ve never tried Nagle’s DO IT!!! 😊
Omg! The food is phenomenal! The environment is such a fun throw back and books for $1 to read while you enjoy the food on a lazy day! Not to mention, the restaurant has a refreshing an unique staff who genuinely care about their community. When I was there last the owner feed anyone even if they didn't have money. He had one person dust the shelves for a meal. It warmed my heart and made me a customer for life. I appreciate being able to eat here and I truly recommend everyone does. And if you are from out of town mark this as a must try to get the best experience Kalamazoo has to offer.
My first time coming here was excellent the food is great but the staff was awesome!!! I haven't had a good experience in a restaurant around here in a long-time until today. So thank you for the great experience and awesome people you have working there.
Absolutely disgusted with Service! Spent over $30. Received half our order after 10 minutes but waited over 20 minutes for the second half of the order and the food was cold when the gentleman brought it to the car, in addition the meat looked over cooked and extremely dry. Poor quality food! The gentleman‘s explanation was a lady had misread what he had written down. Terrible experience all together.
Amazing food and good prices. I love this place. Everyone from every different part of the community shows up and while the lines can get long no one complains. They are there for a reason and know it is worth the wait. It's like going to Philly for a cheesestake, nothing else compares to the original a d tasty menu choices.
Food was good. Service was top notch. Atmosphere is getting pretty dated. The appearance of the restaurant turns some people off.
This place is amaaaazing. I didn't expect their cappuccinos to be so good. Malts are amazing. Everything lived up to expectations and we already came here with high expectations based of rumors of the food. Highly recommend 👌

A KalamazooGem. Cannot recommend highly enough. Coney Island checks all of my boxes. I only wish that they were open 24/7. Except that would mean that something had changed. And part of why this is one of my happy places is that nothing has changed
