What an absolutely delightful hotel. The rooms are so clean, the kind of clean clean you can feel. The place smells clean, looks clean, is clean. The decor is absolutely beautiful, the views from the backyard porch are stunning. The bar has great ambiance, and delicious food. We will definitely be back, our only regret was making this a day trip. We really wanted to stay longer the cabin is so gorgeous.

One of the cutest and cleanest places we have stayed in years. Directly outside of Helen, Georgia made it accessible and yet uncrowded. Don’t hesitate to book this motel. we will use this as our go to lodging anytime we are in the Helen Georgia area. A tasty restaurant is right next-door to the motel, which made it convenient to grab a quick snack.|The motel had nearly every amenity one might need from heaters to fans and good air conditioning. The only thing that might modestly increase the value is some silverware or stirring sticks for coffee. Also, the front door, which has a beautiful glass inlay, has no way to block out a view from the outside without hanging a sheet or some other covering over the glass oval inlay from the inside of the room. A blind on the inside of the door would be considerably helpful. Not particularly inconvenient and would definitely not be a hindrance to us from booking this motel over and over again.

Forget about every preconceived notion you have about motels; this place is beautiful! The rooms are spacious cabins meticulously decorated to a theme. Ours was Room #1, Cowboy Wisdom. They are clean, newly renovated and have all the amenities you need. We stayed one night after visiting the town of Helen for the Christmas parade, etc. The motel is only a few minutes drive outside of Helen. The service was a unique setup with self-checkin/checkout. It worked flawlessly. It was a pleasure to stay here. I can see why this is rated so highly; it delivers on the high expectations!

I can't speak for the hotel, but I can tell you the staff helped my family at Christmas. Someone hacked our card and planned a stay are our dime..3 days before Christmas. Not only did they fix the problem, but refunded us with compassion in their voice. This summer we now plan to visit this hotel! Thank you again! Merry Christmas

We just got home from this beautiful cabin Nacoochee motel in 6725 Clarkesville ga . Is 2:17 am I’m writing this review because I’m very disappointed The room is beautiful but. It was hair on top of the sheets, the quilt it’s never been washed and in top of that the shower didn’t work. If You are the owner who is reading this review let me tell you your housekeeper it’s no doing the job.

The best motel experience I've ever had. The owner Renee was extremely helpful and accommodating especially after I had to reschedule my trip. I stayed in 2 rooms over the course of 10 days and it was an amazing time. I love the cabin like aesthetics and everything was cozy and perfectly set up. Couldn't be happier with my stay. If you are planning to vacation in the area or visit family around those parts I highly recommend this motel. It's only about 15 minutes from Mount Airy and maybe 10 from Helen. Thank you Renee for making my visit so enjoyable and stress free. It was the best time I've had in years.

We left after a few hours. The room looks good but the furniture is shot and the quilt and linens smelled like they hadn't been cleaned since the 70's. Very disappointed.

My wife and I spent 3 nights over this Memorial Day weekend celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. Room, staff, amenities, everything was top notch. Owners are just fabulous people. The staff at the Dugout restaurant/bar were just as great...CANNOT wait to go back again. Quiet clean and a hidden jewel. You owe it to yourself to stay here
