Pascal is a WIZARD. I came in with a 10+ year old iPhone 4 that other stores claimed to be beyond repair (it was ran over). He didn't have the parts on hand, so we had them ordered. Took my iphone for a battery change, when he returned the phone the cellular stopped working, he claimed it had nothing to do with it, giving weird excuses, even went to say I should change carrier. He didn’t want to take responsibility for the damage of the phone, had to buy a whole new phone just because of this.
