I had a laptop worked on many years ago, and it took a very long time. I couldn’t get a direct answer. More recently, I needed help with a MAC and decided to give them another shot. I called a few times, and couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I took it to another computer service company in Watchung and they were a pleasure to deal with. 21 November 2014 Lou is a great instructor! He answers all questions & uses whiteboard illustrations to help explain hard to grasp "under the hood" concepts with the greatest of ease. I have had 2 other IT guys in the past & none of them came close. Those guys didn’t have the level of IT background to navigate into hard to understand areas.
