This casino is larger than I'm used to. Navigating it was complicated at first, but about an hour or so later, it was easier once I paid attention to some inside 'landmarks'. It's a beautiful casino with plenty to do! Our room was spacious, clean, and lovely. The Showroom where we saw Midland was great! Not a bad seat in the house! The dining bars were well staffed with knowledgeable team members. Matthew was our bartender, and he was fantastic even with how busy he was! I wish I had taken pics of the casino and our room but, I was having so much fun, I didn't think about taking photos!

The casino was great. Clean and ready when we arrived. Gambling was good. I wouldn't recommend eating there, had 3 so so meals. The reason for the low rating is due to having a concern with two managers. I have never been treated so poorly. No blameless apology from either one. We were never listened to, and it was very disappointing. A customer service class is definitely needed in their upper management.

It’s a nice casino, and the hotel rooms are great. But they have events there every weekend so it is always super busy. Hard to play the machines and tables you want because it is just packed from Friday to Sunday. But some people could see that as a plus. There’s more than just gambling for entertainment, lots of shows and concerts, and a nice golf course attached. But personally when I go I go to gamble.

Mystic Lake Hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the beautiful ambiance and attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and offer luxurious comfort with all the amenities you could ask for. The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. This was my first time staying at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. My friend and I had tickets for a show which started at 8 p.m. We tried to check in around 6 p.m. which is two hours later than the 4:00 check-in time. After waiting in line, we were told our room wasn't ready and there wasn't anything she could do about it. These things happen, so we brought our luggage to be stored and went for something to eat before the show. We didn't get called until almost 7:30 that our room was ready. That's about when we needed to head to the show, but we waited for our luggage and dropped them off in our room. The room was very nice which I expected for about $350.00 for one night. We made it to our seats in the dark, and luckily we didn't miss anything. The next morning, we went to breakfast and I ordered some food for there and some to go. She mistakenly put my all of my order to go. I finally had to leave my friend at the table and grab our stuff from the room to check out. When I got back, we just paid the bill and left. When I got home, I discovered I only received half of the food I ordered. The employees were extremely nice, but if I'm paying that much money, I should have been able to enjoy all that is expected.

It's a nice casino. It was smaller than I thought it would be but sometimes that's ok. The employees were very helpful and friendly. It's not a place we'll get to very often because it's quite a drive for us but would like to go again and spend the night.

This was our second stay at Mystic Lake & we really enjoyed it! Room was clean, hotel quiet. Service was great. Steakhouse was amazing. Spa was relaxing & massage with amber top tier! We were a little weary with how many reviews were saying that the slots don’t pay etc. however we witnessed someone hit a grand jackpot & many other hand pays throughout the weekend we were there. The slots seem to hit and miss the same as any other casino we have been to! All blackjack dealers we played with were fun & interacting with the table which makes for a good time as well! & so overall a great weekend!

It's called Mistake Lake for a reason. Never see anyone winning anything worthwhile. They are the richest band in the country for a reason. Of course the place is nice. It's nice to see so many old machines you have not seen in forever. This place just does not pay.
