My husband and I visited Mystic Grill for the first time yesterday. Our server’s name was Janet P. and she was amazing! She made our experience so great and was kind, had great recommendations, and was very personable. She recommended the pimento cheese appetizer and suggested putting bacon on top and it was a 10/10!! She also recommended the Barbie drink and it was delicious! My husband and I ordered the Sweet Tea Fried Chicken and it was impeccable. Our food came out in less than 15 minutes which was much appreciated. We will definitely return in the future.
This was my 6th or 7th time eating at Mystic Grill. I will forever recommend the pimento cheese (warm). It is my favorite dish! The waitress was friendly and helpful with questions we had about the menu. Our main courses were also prepared and presented well. I had the Chicken Sandwich and my husband and son each had a burger. All wonderful! The Taylor Swift drink was good too and I got to keep the bracelet! We will be back many, many times in the future (even if we are 6.5 hours away)!!
loved this experience! especially the gift shop. but, i wish there was more variety to choose from on the lunch menu!! really only burgers, sandwiches and chicken. Nonetheless, this was an amazing town and we really did love the restaurant!
Outstanding restaurant! Our server, Lawrence from Harlem, was excellent! We all had pork chops with braised greens and sweet potato mash. The pork chops are really thick and juicy! We also had the pimento cheese appetizer…yummy! Ambience was awesome! This place was featured in The Vampire Diaries and was created in 2024 by fans of the show. Lots of show memorabilia here as well! Mystic Grill was also featured as n Sweet Magnolias.
Recently visited Mystic Grill and had an amazing time! The grilled cheese recommended by the waitress was delicious—sweet and savory perfection. Traveled from NJ to experience Mystic Grill and the clock tower—totally worth it for the unique atmosphere. Only wish? The wine "blood" bags were lukewarm. Chilled options would be a game-changer. Overall, a fantastic spot for TVD enthusiasts and a memorable dining experience!
First time in downtown Covington and it’s like a scene out of a Christmas movie. Very charming! We ate the infamous Mystic Grill. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. I ordered the burger and the waffle sliders. So delicious!
My daughter and I were so excited to eat at the Mystic Grill. We had the fried green tomatoes with tomato jam and house pimiento cheese. The tomatoes and pimiento cheese were both excellent. I did not love the tomato jam but my daughter did. She ordered the fried chicken sliders with black pepper cream cheese and pepper jelly. Very good. I ordered the Mystic Burger. This was the best burger I have had in a long time. It was a 10 ounce patty and perfectly cooked to medium. I chose winder fries for my side and they were delicious. Our waitress was amazing and so attentive.
Staff was great and even got the manager to get us keep the menus. Food was incredible, and the atmosphere is a was food. Def recommend the cheese dip appetizer and the clock tower burger. You also get a discount after you eat at the alley gift shop downstairs!
We booked to stay at The Twelve Oaks with our teenage daughter, who is a huge fan of The Vampire Diaries, after we saw it recommended on several social media pages. As we were coming from the UK and we had some access requirements, we had several ema
My son celebrated his 11th birthday at Boost and he had a blast. The staff were great, the kids had a wonderful time and I was able to sit back and enjoy all of the smiling faces.
My 2nd favorite antique store! Prices were great! I loved the vibe. Staff was nice. Very large store with lots to see. This place reminds me of Queen of Hearts in Marietta. I will be back!
