Mystic Fortress Games - Game store in Waconia - 100 W Main St, USA

I love this place!!! It is a calm, relaxing environment. The players that commune here are awesome. When people are not in a tournament, most will engage others like family. I am not well versed in the newer games out there. So it is nice to sit and observe so many skilled guests. Many times over, I would rather buy items from a small business. The selection of games,expansions, puzzles, magic cards, pokemon cards, paint your own figures can keep me there for hours. Don't hesitate, go now! Be a part of an amazing family.

Great selection of board games from lightweight party games to in-depth strategy games to role playing games and everything in between. There's something here for everyone. I found an expansion for one of my favorite games at this store that I couldn't find at other game stores. The staff was very friendly as well. I will be back the next time I visit Waconia.

I love this place so much! I have so much every time I come. If you like board games, pokemon cards, DND, or anything nerdy, come here. You don't feel like a customer but another friend coming to someones house to play. There so genuine and kind there. I play Pokemon and Jordan is one of the most kind and considerate people I have ever met. I would give this place 6 stars if I could.

Nice little game store. And when I say little, it's actually not since moving to it's new location. I was really impressed with the inventory of board games they sell. Pretty impressive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice to have this little gem in Waconia.

Mystic Fortress Games is the first Local Game Store to appear in waconia. By far, they've knocked it out of the park with they're stellar service, wonderful array of products, and family friendly environment. I've never had a day at MFG that wasn't exceptionally fun. The comfortable and welcoming feel that the store and it's employees have makes it so much easier to just relax when I'm there enjoying various card games and tabletop games. The only con that i could possibly mention is that they are closed on Mondays, but that's really just a me problem. Keep it up guys!!

Mystic Fortress Games has honestly blown me away. First of all the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They've done a awsome job at creating a safe and fun environment for everyone. Its easy to tell that they actually care about the store and customers. I've noticed they are really good with kids too. There is a great selection of merchandise whether you're a beginner or expert in your game of choice the products are there, with staff that will answer questions you have. Lots of Magic the gathering, Pokemon, D&D supplies, board games, books and more items that I haven't even looked at yet. They also have social gatherings like tcg tournaments and mini figure painting get togethers. I don't know a lot about those but I'm sure if you ask, check out their website or social media there is more information. At the end of the day I recommend going here over somewhere like Target because its locally owned and incredibly welcoming.
